Harvest Host over night at the Rusty Nickel Brewery in West Seneca NY. Really enjoyed their Tropical Vapor Rocket IPA!! Rusty Nickel Brewing Co is a proud NYS Farm Brewery, crafting locally sourced beer and cider since it opened in 2015. The brewery has been awarded for several of its staple beers and has won multiple awards for each of their unique bloody marys. The Tasting Room provides a very comfortable, cabin-in-the-woods feel, with views of the brewery. The full bar features NYS spirits, wine, mead, and cider. Coined by many as a 'hidden gem', Rusty Nickel is nestled in the picturesque, wooded landscape of West Seneca, NY. The brewery's expansive outdoor space boasts one of WNY's most beautiful biergartens, a heated patio, and the perfect place to host any event. This family-friendly brewery with a focus on supporting local is a great place for great food and beverage while offering games, a fire pit to hang and make s'mores, and dozens of fun events year round.

Keep in mind that the Rusty Nickel is a very rustic facility. If you like nature, this place is for you. In fact, a deer was grazing on the hill not 30 feet away from our table. The food menu is very limited but the beer was tasty. We had a reservation but couldn't find any staff members when we arrived so we just seated ourselves.

Stopped by when we were traveling around Buffalo. Great staff. Super friendly and helpful when selecting beer. Definitely will be back when traveling through Buffalo again.

This was our first visit to Rusty Nickel Brewing Company and definitely won't be our last. The vibe is very relaxed and welcoming. The beer menu is quite diverse with multiple offerings in each category. The beer was very good and well brewed. There were three bartenders working and we received excellent service. We were able to taste a small sample of the beer before ordering a full pint. I loved The Half Slice Orange Vanilla, which tasted like a creamsicle. My husband's favorite was the I Remember, Buffalo. It was a great experience and a fun afternoon.

Three of us stopped here after lunch at the Ebenezer Ale House. I was in the mood for something dessert-y/after dinner drink-ish, so I went with the Cafe Mocha Latte Nitro. I'm no beer expert, but I do love coffee and chocolate, so I did enjoy this. I like the creaminess of a nitro, and it also seems to bring out more sweetness. Their website claims "something for every taste", and that's true: beer (draft, bottles, cans), wine, cocktails, seltzers, ciders, mead. If you can't find a beverage that suits your fancy, that's on you. The atmosphere inside and out is fun and funky. The best part of our visit was sitting outside on a beautiful fall day, just relaxing and sipping a cold one.

Nice place! Great outdoor patio and back yard area, also offered board games and outdoor games. Food menu was small but great pricing for what you get! Good drink menu as well. Got a charcuterie board for $12 and was impressed with all the food on the board!

    Cute patio

Awesome beer and major vibes! Loved the seasonal decor on the patio and the hazy ipa was so bomb!

Stopped here after visiting Niagara Falls. They have a nice selection of brews, and heated/covered outdoor space. No food available, but a restaurant next door

I was so happy to stop by today and see Ted behind the bar. A Buffalo legend! So, obviously the service was the best in wny! There is a great selection of varieties of beers on tap, and with our group of 10, we tried a lot of them. I had the seltzer and the orange cream ale. Both are fantastic! Love the beer garden out back. There is a coy pond, gorgeous flowers, tons of patio furniture, and I'm told it is dog friendly too. Cheers!

Lazy day stop for a few cold ones and some grub courtesy of Yankee bbq. Had a chance to try the bomb pop inspired blue raspberry, cherry, lime sour and a great session IPA. We were welcomed immediately by staff, she helped to decide on our beer choices with friendly input from who I assumed to be a regular at the bar. Since it was a bit small inside we opted to go outdoors. The space was very nice! It was raining this day but the covered patio was spacious and dry! We lucked out to have the Yankee Bbq food truck on-site. Loganberry glazed pool burnt ends and brisket nachos really made the visit complete.

Great outdoor patio area and a nice selection of drast beer. Also have cans to go.

My dining companions & I agreed we had a difficult time choosing our entrees. Amongst the table, we shared the donut flight (chocolate, powdered sugar, and brown sugar cream cheese) and the sweet potato pecan pancakes. It was a unanimous vote that the brown sugar cream cheese donut was the best (and sadly, the powdered sugar donut was tough to cut with a fork and dry in texture). For my meal, I opted for the queso and pork stuffed chilaquiles verde burrito. The shell was crisp and the pork was tender but I could have used more verde sauce. The only downside was being the first patrons of the day and having to sit through nearly half our meal before drinks were refilled. I enjoyed the breakfast old fashioned before we left and look forward to the next brunch opportunity.

Food: 0/10 Alright this is the third time I've come to this location. I'm trying to be fair but the bad food is consistent. For instance tonight I got the "campfire" plate which was fries, Mac and cheese, chicken, and brisket. Fries? Too hot to eat first. Mac and cheese? Literally colder than room temp and DRY! No cheese...like cold dry noodles? The brisket was slimy and small portion sized, the chicken was fine I guess. Everything else was so gross though by the time I got to the chicken I didn't care. I've come every time with my family of 4, and all 3 experiences were the same. I wish the food was anything but what it is because I'd love to come back here. I'll never recommend it and I'm actually just going to give away my $100 gift card to anyone who wants to dare to eat here.

We…read morecame for the Yelp event at the backyard for Mr. Sizzle's, but decided to support the business by buying *lots* of food and drinks, so we're reviewing it on the regular page. Did we eat too much? Yes! Yes, we did, and it was so good, too! My husband ordered the small piggy burger, and the fries with cheese and bacon. The thick cut strips of bacon over the cheese were outstanding, and the bacon cheeseburger was excellent. The lettuce was crisp and the tomato slice was ripe. We also ordered two classic burgers and two orders of regular fries (we have a teenager at home); I loved the dill pickles in that burger! The burger was juicy and flavorful! It took about 25 minutes for the order to be ready, but we were the first customers, and everything is cooked to order. Where does the bar's name come from? The owner has two daughters: One is nicknamed, "Shalooby", and the other, "Loofer". 6/27/26 was the first day they were serving lemonade! My husband had a pilsner he adored. Lots of people around us were coming outside with flights of beer in every shade of the brewery rainbow. There's no mistaking a blueberry ale! Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the backyard: There's a courtesy water bowl for the beasties. There's a single unisex bathroom for the entire bar and patio. At peak times, there may be a line. Parking on the street. There's an adjacent Farmer's Market with additional parking (in the evenings only).

I arrived around 6:30pm on a Wednesday, parking in the public parking lot next to the taproom. There's also street parking available but on a Wednesday, there were plenty of free spots in the public parking lot. As I walked over, I could hear live music and when I arrived, I could either walk into the taproom or walk around to the back and see the band playing. In the back, it's a large area with a good-size patio filled with tables and seats, as well as Mister Sizzle's food trailer, serving up smash burgers and fries. After scoping the back, I walked inside - I would describe it as cozy with a bar in the corner with 12 taps, all Shalooby Loofer brews, multiple tables and chairs, a few TVs behind the bar playing sports without sound, and classic rock playing on speakers throughout the taproom. It's small on the inside and when you combine a crowd with the music playing outside and over the speakers, it can be a little difficult to hold a conversation. The women working the bar were friendly, personable, and were quick to get a beer in my hand when I walked up. Looking at their draught/tap list, I was impressed with the breadth and variety of brews that Shalooby Loofer makes! I decided to go with an easy sipper, their "Presto Pilsner" pilsner. It was a pleasant, light beer! I also saw they had a list of wine and cocktails to select from and offered pop (soda) for those who weren't looking for anything alcoholic to go with their Mister Sizzle's meal. Overall, I had a good experience at Shalooby Loofer! It feels like a brewery/taproom that's been in Clarence for many years with a nice variety of beer. Their pilsner was good, refreshing. I'm in no rush to get back here, but, if I lived closer, I wouldn't have any problem coming back with friends and family from out of town.
