My favorite local family owned business! Organic, high quality treats. Boutique style food options but at an affordable price! I also love their express grooming options. Highly recommend!!

How much is anal gland expression for dogs?

I think it's just included in a bath - my 9lb dogs bath is about $30

How much is cat grooming?

They do bath only they don't do haircuts but I think the price is anywhere from $50-$65 Including keeping the nails cleaning ears anal glands in the whole brush out

Recently switched the type of protein of the raw food I give my dog from beef to lamb (Small Batch brand) but he absolutely refuses to touch it. It's been two days now and he still isn't eating it. Can I exchange it for one he will eat?

Yes, they do exchanges.

I did not speak to the groomer personally... and I was not able to show anyone in person that one of our dogs has a toe/nail issue which I explicitly mentioned in the comment section of the online intake papers AND was VERY explicit, IN PERSON, that their nails were NOT TO BE TRIMMED! We planned to have our vet do it due to the sensitivity of the healing process. But nope... they trimmed the nails anyway, which lead to a bit of bleeding (which they did tell me about) but it's why I asked that the nails NOT BE TRIMMED to begin with... to avoid those complications. Too late. Years ago we went to Chow Bella and we loved Sam and his crew, they were small, attentive and caring. So this is really disappointing because we had hopes that we would have a similar experience. I think they are. Just too big and process too many dogs to have that sort of individualized attention to a critical detail. BTW.. they WERE fast.. and the cuts are really good... but we will not be returning.

Kind of an old dog, but looks good for her age. I agreed and she had an appointment this morning at 9:15am. This is a family owned business. I believe they are 2 cousins and running the business with lots of love, experience and expertise. They do variety of grooming, have doggie day care (if you need to be away for few days), do training for your dog and cat, offer dental cleaning, cut their fingernails on their paws, without hurting them. Give a nice bath, the shampoo that they use, I wouldn't mind using it on my hair:-) Not joking. Smelled so good. They even give treats to your pet. Sell few items of snacks/food. When her dog came out, she was unrecognizable. She looked so cute, smelled good, and looked clean. When Simba saw her mom, jumped straight into her arms and they both hugged each other so tight. The entire process took about an hour and the cost was $150.00. Accepts most credit cards and cash is always an option.. After I saw that love, compassion, and attentiveness, helpful services that her dog received from Fresh Paws, now I am considering to get a dog. Unfortunately, our building is not a pet friendly building. This place has been around for a little over 2 years. Parking is shared with other businesses. Lot was full, and we parked on the street. She and I highly recommend Fresh Paws to anyone who has a dog or a cat.. For more information, contact their friendly staff! Place was spotless clean and smelled good when we first walked in.

Will not be returning to this establishment…read more My husband called on Saturday (5/2/26) to ask if they accepted walk-ins, as we recently moved to the area and were looking for a new groomer for our dog. The receptionist told us to come in right away since we were only a few minutes away. When we arrived, the same receptionist acted as if she had no idea about the call. We had to repeat ourselves, which made the interaction feel awkward and unwelcoming from the start. Instead of greeting us warmly, she seemed dismissive and inconvenienced. Things got worse when our dog was taken to the back. She is a small dog (under 20 lbs) and naturally a bit anxious, which we communicated. Rather than handling her with care, the staff member repeatedly pulled her by the leash when she hesitated, which clearly scared her. No effort was made to comfort her--no treats, no gentle approach, and no attempt to pick her up to help her feel safe. After seeing our dog being handled this way, we immediately asked for her back and left. As feedback to the owner: friendly customer service and gentle handling of animals should be the standard. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

While I was admittedly late for pickup, the manager's response was completely unprofessional. She called and screamed at me, calling me an 'awful dog owner' and 'irresponsible.' She further claimed I don't know how to read hours, that my dog is a 'problem' (after 8 years of no issues?), and falsely accused me of not paying. It is deeply saddening that nearly a decade of loyalty was met with such personal attacks and vitriol. There are plenty of places in the area that treat both pets and their owners with basic human decency. Avoid if you value being treated with respect.

What really stood out was their transparency -- they walked me through the entire adoption process and were upfront about the fees, which I truly appreciated. Wagmor has a wonderful variety of dogs, from puppies to older dogs, so I'm confident anyone can find their perfect furry companion here. To address the complaints I've seen about fees -- I want to reassure anyone on the fence that the fees are actually very reasonable, especially considering the quality of care these animals receive. Yes, some are pure breeds, but they are still rescues, and it's important to go in understanding that they may come with some form of trauma. That's part of opening your heart and home to a rescue. If you're looking to add a four-legged family member to your life, look no further than Wagmor. Stella has already stolen my heart, and I have Wagmor to thank for that!

(2 Stars) I rarely…read moreleave negative reviews, but my experience with Wagmor was concerning enough that I feel it's worth sharing. Initially, I had a great conversation with Melissa. We spoke for about 20 minutes about a Shih Tzu I was interested in adopting, and I genuinely felt like we connected. The conversation was friendly, informative, and left me excited about the possibility of bringing one of the dogs home. During our conversation, I told Melissa that I absolutely wanted to move forward. I provided extensive information about myself, including my home address, and even sent a video of my home as part of the screening process. I was clearly serious about adopting and was actively participating in the process. At the time, the dogs were still being transported from the Midwest and had not yet arrived. I explained that I was happy to move forward, but I wanted a FaceTime call or some form of confirmation once the dog was actually in her custody before sending a deposit. To me, that seemed like a reasonable request. Adopting a pet is a major commitment, and I wanted to verify the dog had arrived safely and make sure it was the right fit before sending money. Shortly afterward, I was asked to send a $500 deposit and received an invoice reflecting a $1,000 adoption fee. When I didn't send the deposit that day, I was blocked on Instagram within a matter of hours. What bothered me most was the pressure. I wasn't refusing to adopt, nor was I wasting anyone's time. I had already spent time on the phone, provided personal information, and sent a video of my home because I fully intended to move forward once I could confirm the dog had arrived and everything checked out. I simply wanted to exercise reasonable due diligence before sending money. That's why I was so surprised by what happened next. The tone of the communication changed dramatically, and the entire experience left me feeling uncomfortable. One additional note: I previously posted a review describing this experience, but it no longer appears on the page. I'm not sure why, but I wanted to share my experience again. Others may have had different experiences, but based on my interaction, I felt pressured to send money before I was comfortable doing so, and I was disappointed by how quickly the communication deteriorated when I asked what I believed were reasonable questions.
