Shay is sensational! My young Yorkie just had his first professional groom at Euphuria and from the first phone call to the speed through, Dizzy did dazzling! She listened to what I wanted, WHO my dog was, and emphatically took charge. My girlfriend Trish recommended Euphuria and you just know this must be the place IF lots of other pet owners all were there with us lined up before they even opened! Can you believe they were just as cool + normal as Doug and all the other warm hearts that work there? The parking lot is a dream and actually fits your car (plus there's lots of spaces even with many of us there). I can't wait to eat at the cute spot in the strip and come back (vs dread).

Sorry I have not written a a review for this fantastic place! My dogs come out happy and beautiful. Alawana always treated my delicate boy Bowie with extreme care through his senior years. And Irene always patient with my spicy man Riley. My nervous baby Cortez is still with me and Veronica has helps to calm him down! Excellent groomers and service! I highly recommend.

I have been taking my animals/pets/babies to Euphuria for the last 15-20 years. WAIT!! Have you been open that long? Am I THAT old?! I've always been confident that from the time, I dropped her off until when I'd pick her up, that she was being well taken care of and would come out looking twice as adorable (IF that was even possible!). I moved to West Hollywood a few years ago. I had to find places/businesses that were closer and more convenient. You know places like the car wash, grocery store, dry cleaners etc. But, there were 2 places, I knew I'd never leave, the first being Euphuria, the second Nail Boutique (sorry that's a different review! ). They're clean, trustworthy, a pleasure to deal with and do great work! On May 7th I lost my girl, my little Olive. I am beyond gutted, devastated, my heart is broken I'm not sure when or if I'll rescue another dog but, if I do, I will definitely take them to Euphuria to be groomed. Thank you for taking such good care of Olive and for loving her. I'll really miss everyone at Euphuria.

Best pet salon ever! Super nice front of house staff, good grooming on the dogs, and a friendly owner. We love Anjelica, the groomer! My dog has been going here for 16 years!

Happy Euphuria Pet Salon client, Henry.

I'm so impressed with the friendly and helpful staff at Euphuria. My first visit today was at my friend's recommendation and she was absolutely right. From scheduling through pick-up the process was personal, friendly, and comfortable. Im a first-time dog owner and I felt at ease seeing how kindly and calmly groomer Michelle welcomed my chiweenie rescue, Henry in for his first grooming. Even better was seeing him emerge happy and playful all spicy from his time at Euphuria. Since he wasn't into having his nails cut they backed off and let me know since he was clearly unhappy about that process. The staff put his safety and comfort first. Henry has a forever home and a forever groomer!

Trimmed and happy! Handsome little man received a bandana, too! How cute!

Euphoria is a bit pricey than other groomers in the area but the price is very well justified in my opinion.

I've been taking Bella to Lucky's Dog Grooming since she was a puppy (she's 9 now). After moving to…read moreSanta Clarita almost 5 years ago, I had to try a bunch of places closer to home, but I was never truly comfortable. Every time I dropped her off somewhere new, I had this uneasy feeling. Bella would come back stressed and not like herself, and after a few bad experiences (including her getting injured), I just couldn't keep putting her through that. So I went back to Lucky's Dog grooming, her original groomer and I'm so glad I did. The owner genuinely cares about the dogs, and you can feel it. Bella is calm, happy, and treated with so much patience every time. I've seen some comments about small cuts, and while of course no one wants that, sometimes it can happen depending on the dog's skin. Personally, I'd take that over my dog coming back anxious or hurt any day. I'm really grateful for them. Thank you for always taking such good care of Bella and treating her like a princess

So I've been here many times. And they always do a good job in terms of the haircut. And even in…read morethis situation her haircut was still good. (I have a small white dog.) But my dog like many, is very scared of the groomers. She starts shaking from the moment we park. She's like this with any groomer and also the vet. I don't think it's a very unique situation. However today they had my dog there for about 3.5 hours for her grooming. Now I can understand if the bath and haircut take a while. But today I dropped her off in the morning and later I had an another appointment I needed to get to. (Which I ended up rescheduling because of this, but it's not the end of the world) I had asked ahead of time for a guesstimate on how long it would take so I could plan my day. They said around 2 to 2.5 hours. I know it's only an estimate and no guarantee. So I left. And then decided to stop in after 3 hours cause my other appointment was soon and I figured they had to be close. Even if I had to wait for another 10-15 min while they finish up. When I got there, they were only halfway through her haircut. I could see her in the back on the table. Her body was mostly shaved but just like a first pass and her head was still untouched. So I left and waited for their call as I live nearby. But my issue isn't a long haircut. My issue is that my dog was sitting, terrified in a cage/pen/crate for hours before she was even started on. I had made an appointment. What is the point of making an appointment if she's going to be waiting so long? If you can't handle more than one dog at a time Just tell me to come at another time. I understand there will be a little bit of waiting. But I'd like her to be there for only as long as needed cause it's very stressful. My dog is close to 11 years old. When I finally got the call and picked her up. I asked them why it took so long. They told me they had an older dog that needed to be done first. Again, if they didn't have time to do her grooming at that point, then why accept the appointment? This now makes me wonder how many times they have made her sit and wait for hours before starting. I will likely shop around for somewhere new because of this.

A sweet little Maltese named Max came into my life with the best personality and the worst haircut, like something you'd see in a Victorian taxidermy booklet. Before Max's appointment Kai asked lots of questions about my aesthetic preferences, his activity and energy levels, any pertinent health or behavioral issues, etc. I left Max there completely confident and at ease that he was in expert hands with excellent care. When I saw Max after his appointment I was floored! He is pristine, cute, comfortable, and clean! Kai gave him the perfect cut to keep him looking adorable, or to let it grow out evenly. He looks and smells amazing and I can't imagine any other groomer taking the time and energy to perfect the look and take so much pride in what they do. Thank you Kai!

After he got a hemorrhage in his eye from one of his first grooms at a local pet shop, I knew I had to take him to someone who knew what they were doing. Kai is just magic! I don't know how she does it - but somehow she successfully clips Ace's nails even though he'll try to take my hand off if I even TOUCH his paw! I've followed her from Atwater to North Hollywood and I will go wherever she goes because she is just the best. If you have a dog that is "difficult" when it comes to grooming, please take them to Kai. She really cares about dogs and puts their comfort before anything else - that is just so amazing to witness.

I called initially a week ago asking how much a basic trimming is, was told $15-20, the person I talked to on the phone wasn't entirely sure. Either way it's less than the $25 per basic trimming that every other locally owned place in the NoHo arts district quoted me for so it seemed like an obvious choice. I showed up with my dog, saw a closed and locked gate-style door with an ajar wooden door behind it, and heard activity inside. Dogs barking and some TV playing. I knocked on the gate style door and got no response, so went home. I sent an Instagram DM confirming if they take walk-ins, no response. After calling a couple times this week with no answer, I was able to talk to who I assume was the owner today who told me he was out of town, but would be able to take a walk in around 3-4pm. I arrived a little past 3:30, saw the same locked gate door and ajar wooden door inside, no dog sounds this time but I did hear TV playing faintly. I tried calling twice, straight to decline both times. I knocked on the door about 4 times, waiting a couple minutes in between each attempt. Said "hello" and heard the TV continue to play inside but no response. Around 3:45 I gave up and went to the PetCo Unleashed down the street for a $12 nail trim. I would make an appointment online to make the whole process easier, but the only appointment options are for full service at $100+. Not quite what I'm looking for. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong here but this has been frustrating! I wish there was a doorbell or something to ring, it's annoying to see a glowing OPEN sign on top of the door when it's locked and nobody answers either knocking or phone calls.
