She listened to what I wanted, WHO my dog was, and emphatically took charge. I wanted to visit a few times before leaving a review, but each visit has been great! It's clear their care to my pup is excellent: once she's inside, they say she's never a bother (to be honest, I'm always ready for the worst!). They consult with you before you leave on what you'd like to see done, and they stay in contact with you the whole way. Each time I arrive to pick her up I'm always delighted by seeing the various breeds getting cleaned up - it's a trip! The guy at the register concurred saying "I have the best job in the world!" By far hands down the best place in Burbank and who knows how far out. I would drive a long distance if needed to bring my Lucy here. She gets more love than I could ask for and the entire staff is amazing. Good cat grooming services is a bit trickier to find than it is for dogs so I always find myself comparing a new groomer to Euphoria. Friendly staff. Clean shop. Happy Maltese! Driven by many times but never had them groom our Malteses over the years. Finally did and wish I'd come earlier. We now have one, Willy, who thoroughly enjoyed his experience. At other groomers, he couldn't wait to go home when I picked him up. I stopped taking my cat here because: 1) they would keep him all day. One time they kept him for nine hours, and of course that was terrifying for him. They then accused him of being a difficult and agitated cat, even though every other Groomer has always complimented how sweet and easy he is. 2) on one occasion, they cut him under his arm but didn't say anything. I only saw it when a giant scab formed shortly after. 3) every single time he went in for a cut, he came back with some issue, whether it be an ear infection or fleas. I found another place nearby that was not only cheaper, and got my cat out within an hour without agitating him, but also he stopped having issues with fleas or ear infections with his new groomer. I've taken him to 3 different groomers and none have ever held him all day as this place did. On average he had to be dropped off by 9am but I didn't get him back until 4-6pm. read more

I have been taking my animals/pets/babies to Euphuria for the last 15-20 years. WAIT!! Have you been open that long? Am I THAT old?! I've always been confident that from the time, I dropped her off until when I'd pick her up, that she was being well taken care of and would come out looking twice as adorable (IF that was even possible!). I moved to West Hollywood a few years ago. I had to find places/businesses that were closer and more convenient. You know places like the car wash, grocery store, dry cleaners etc. But, there were 2 places, I knew I'd never leave, the first being Euphuria, the second Nail Boutique (sorry that's a different review! ). They're clean, trustworthy, a pleasure to deal with and do great work! On May 7th I lost my girl, my little Olive. I am beyond gutted, devastated, my heart is broken I'm not sure when or if I'll rescue another dog but, if I do, I will definitely take them to Euphuria to be groomed. There are a lot of great things about Euphuria, the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. My dog loved coming here and would get so excited when we would pull into the parking lot. We would bring our dog in for grooming two or three times a year and every time the quality of the cut was great and very consistent. If you would have asked me last year I would have rated them 5 stars without question. But, this is where the drop in rating comes in. The past two times we've brought our dog in for a cut he has been returned to us with fleas, this most recent time it wasn't so bad, but the first time was pretty awful. In our first flea issue they offered to give him another bath free of charge but we felt that wasn't going to help too much with how many fleas were on him. We took a longer than normal break between grooming sessions in hopes this was a one time thing, and things got cleaner but this last appointment he was once again returned to us with fleas. Very unfortunate since they've been our go to spot for a while. read more

From scheduling through pick-up the process was personal, friendly, and comfortable. Im a first-time dog owner and I felt at ease seeing how kindly and calmly groomer Michelle welcomed my chiweenie rescue, Henry in for his first grooming. Even better was seeing him emerge happy and playful all spicy from his time at Euphuria. Since he wasn't into having his nails cut they backed off and let me know since he was clearly unhappy about that process. The staff put his safety and comfort first. I was super nervous taking my cocker spaniel in because he is a little spicy and I know a lot of grooming places do not deal with that or if they do they charge an arm and a leg. The first thing I noticed was how clean the facility was and how nice every person that works there was. I felt comfortable leaving my baby and was not nervous leaving him there. They gave me a notice prior to when he was ready which really helped since I am far from the location. When picking him up, he LOOKED amazing and they were able to fix the chopped shave I gave him prior to the appointment. The price was extremely reasonable for the service provided and my baby was happy. So so glad I found somewhere that can deal with his attitude and still deliver a perfect groom. Yes, the wait was long but it was worth the wait! We brought our Shorkie in and he was happy when we picked him up so that was great. No scissor injuries or cuts, and judging by his actions, he was pampered. He was a happy little man when we picked him up. The staff was super sweet, friendly and caring. They did a great job as far as COVID procedures - excellent. All the services were wonderful. They did an amazing job with his hair! We love his new cut. He's actually able to see now without his hair falling right in front of his eyes. They did great with his nails, too! His nails are dark so we've always been terrified to trim them ourselves - it's too difficult for us! Even his breath smelled amazing and his teeth looked white but I'm not sure if that service was included. All we noticed was his fresh smelling breath and clean teeth! Oh, and lastly, the cute bandana! It's obvious our little guy likes this pampered pooch spa so all in all, for the price we paid and the services we received, we will be back! read more

Took my dog here yesterday for the first time and the employees were lovely! My border terrier mix Archie is a new rescue and a puppy and a bit timid. It took them 3 hours (which feels a bit long but it's the holidays), for his bathes and a sanitary trim, paw trim and face trim for $40. When I arrived he was really fluffy, his coat is normally wiry but I'm still learning myself how to brush that coat so it keeps it's great texture after a bath. I had been looking for a pet salon that specializes in cat grooming for some time now. I have a chunky, long haired cat that had gotten pretty matted. I was very hesitant and nervous to bring him anywhere to get groomed since this was his first time. I felt like a nervous mother dropping their kid off at school for the first time. I was immediately relieved when the staff was so friendly and could work with my nervously distressed cat. I dropped my cat off around 9 and he was ready at 1. He looks great, and all the mattes are gone. I was nervous about how he would look with the lion cut, but they did a great job! There's not a scratch or a knick on him! I think the mark of great character is how you react when things do not go exactly as planned. More to the point, what you choose when doing the right thing is in conflict with your own interests. Finding great character in a business these days is increasingly rare. Sad to say, but greed and entitlement seem to rule the world of customer service leaving most of us fighting to get even the most sub par service. Long gone are the days of walking into a store and being treated in such a way that you feel truly welcome. Well enough with the nostalgia, my age is showing lol. I really just wanted to take a moment to say how impressed I was with the staff and service at this pet salon. I was a first time customer and brought in my little shih tzu puppy for a much needed cut. I got a call a few hours in to let me know he was ready to be picked up. When I arrived the manager came out to explain that they would not be charging me for the days service. MY mind was racing with anticipation! Did I just win the puppy lottery, was I their millionth customer..... wait!!! did my dog do something terrible..... as all the thoughts raced thru my head she explained that during the service the groomer nicked the dewclaw.... I'm think omg my pooor baby!!!! Is he gonna live, lol !!! Well when I say nicked I mean like a nick smaller than a paper cut. Haha Mind you they could have said nothing or even said that he did it himself. Rather than that they upfront waived the service fee. Such a very minor inconvenience but uphold their standard of service was clearly the most important thing here. Honestly it was so minor I doubt I would noticed had it not been for the cute little bandage on his foot. To top it all off they called a couple days later just to follow up and make sure the baby cut healed ok . Finally, last but not least lets just talk about the fact that my pup had the best cut I've seen on him yet. 10 out of 10 most definitely recommend. I've never had a breed that needed to be groomed so this was a new experience for me & the pup. I brought in my 6month and 30ish lb goldendoodle pup. Dropped him off first thing in the morning & he was done around 12. Definitely love that he was able to be there for awhile - imo ensures the groomer is being patient while allowing the pup to be patient as well. They even said no rush & that he could stay until closing. We got a standard puppy cut for my lil shaggy guy. Safe to say as pawrents we were delighted to see him at pick up. He went from Malibu surfer pup to a proper pup ready for a hot date lol. He was happy and showed no signs to leave in a hurry or anything post groom. Just a normal playful clean puppy. Thanks again! My family tried this place twice. It's not terrible, its not excellent, I'd say it's solidly okay. They have a double gate safety system, but while they're checking you in they have you stand with your dogs outside of the safety gate, just inside the front door. It's a very small space and whenever someone opens the front door your dogs are exposed to the parking lot, which is located on the corner of a very busy intersection. Both times we went the check in process was very chaotic. While we were checking in another client tried to enter with their dog. Multiple staff members yelled for them to close the door, which stressed my dogs out even more than they already were. Being in a new place with lots of noise and activity is stressful enough on a dog without adding shouting to the mix. Wouldn't it be easier to bring the dogs behind the gate for check in? If you only have 1 dog it would probably be fine but with multiples it did not feel calm or safe. Staff is a mixed bag. Most are polite and friendly but there are others who seem indifferent, and one in particular who made us feel totally unwelcome on our first visit. I won't go into the rude comment this person made as she was clearly having a bad day and apologized at pick up. Based on the rave reviews we had heard from friends we decided to give them another try. Second visit went smoother at check in but one of the dogs came home with what looked like razor burn under her chin. I emailed a photo and asked for someone to call me and explain what happened. They did call but denied any responsibility and wanted me to bring her back in for them to see in person. By the time they got back to me the irritation had begun to heal so I declined this option. Lots of people love this place so maybe it was just overhyped to me by friends and I was expecting too much. But I wasn't impressed. The dogs came out looking nice but the overall experience is chaotic and takes longer than I'm used to with other groomers. I'd say if you only have one dog give them a try. Just doesn't seem like the right fit for us. read more
