The next day, I looked at and thought that if they had a glass cutter, I could actually fix it and salvage it (it was from Israel, so if I could save it, I'd rather that). I explained how my wife had to take time off from work (Not get paid) and how it felt really inconsiderate that they called so late to cancel. We're not available tomorrow and no other remedies were offered. Super frustrated that we waited for three weeks to be cancelled last minute. UPDATE: We spoke with management from Al's Oil shortly after the mishap. They were understanding and responsive to our frustrations. They rescheduled quickly and effectively met our needs. Al's Oil made up for the misstep and then some. Very appreciative for their response.
