I was very disappointed, the first rep cancelled the tire service because, surprise surprise, there was no tire shop open at 7 pm. NOBODY called to update me, only the Michelin service had told me it was cancelled. We finally got three very friendly guys to come out and put on the spare for us for a crazy amount of cash. When we finally got back on the road at 10 pm, the sensor fault came on. "Oh, you need to go to a garage immediately and get it recalibrated." At 10 pm?! There's no garage open that late! Even if it wasn't the sticks, no place is open at 10 at night. We ended up driving back home with the sensor warning on the whole time. It was a very frustrating experience, but the experience with the RV was phenomenal. Otherwise, I'd give only one star for the customer service alone. I get that the reps are in California, but they could have at least asked what time zone we were in.

The sales person assured me that once i sign the agreement, she would take care of all the insurance and the transportation and flights for their driver. I'd been asking her several times to get this information but she did not and waited until it was too late for me to cancel. When i go pissed at her, she said to send her an email that my aunt was very ill and she would send that to customer service and they would refund me then went ahead and charged me 75% of the rental plus held my $1,000 deposit. All a ploy to have documentation against me. What a joke!

At first i was a little nervous…read morebecause ive never towed anything that big with my truck. we got the 31.5ft long Elite camper i asked Tim if it was possible to take it for a test drive,he was more than happy to help us out with that. we met up and hooked up my f150 and took the camper for a drive in the city and the highway. when we took the rv Tim help me install the stabilizer bars on my truck which made the 5 hr ride up to Anastasia State park a whole lot smoother and safe for me and my family. Tim was also there every time we called for the smallest and most annoying questions we had. He helped me out over the phone when we were heading back on how to properly hook up the trailer and stabilizer bars. i would have never gotten any kind of help like that with one of the big rv rental spots ,the one on one with Tim everytime we needed him was priceless!! i highly recommend Tim's Rv's if you plan on renting a camper!! My husband was nervous to drive the 30 foot camper to St. Augustine and Tim was kind enough to take him for a test drive prior to the trip to make sure he was comfortable. I had a rolling island in the RV they never secured it. It fell over and went through the wall. they also cut off the awning light that went underneath. It never put it back on it just threw it inside. The RV. Travel Trailer had a black awning on it. They said they ordered it. They called me said ordered the wrong awning. It's white to black which I didn't want, but I need my Travel Trailer back because I was living in it. at the time in the middle of selling my house and waiting for my new to on it's . Then they up charging me $1400 and they wouldn't charge me tax. That was my big discount.when contacting them then they kept saying that the manager would get back to me which never did six days later the guy that towed the trailer was on the phone saying they have no manager and he started yelling at me and telling me it was my problem my fault I should've had everything closed up. They did not want to fix anything in the Travel Trailer. I told them I'm gonna call the Better Business Bureau. They said they didn't care do it and that they're not refunding any money. Their customer service is awful and so are they beware? in conclusion, I did report them to the Better Business Bureau.

They only did three, barely. I asked them to turn on our frig with propane the day before pick up as we were headed out of town. Simple request IMO. They said they would but didn't. When we left, fortunately we had to stop about 10 miles down the road and found the front panel to the engine OPEN! They didn't lock it back up after doing the oil change. Thank god I had stopped or I could've been driving for hours with the panel open. I called to tell them and a nasty woman told me "stuff happens". STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you want to have the work you requested done.
