It never put it back on it just threw it inside. The RV. Travel Trailer had a black awning on it. They said they ordered it. They called me said ordered the wrong awning. It's white to black which I didn't want, but I need my Travel Trailer back because I was living in it. at the time in the middle of selling my house and waiting for my new to on it's . Then they up charging me $1400 and they wouldn't charge me tax. That was my big discount.when contacting them then they kept saying that the manager would get back to me which never did six days later the guy that towed the trailer was on the phone saying they have no manager and he started yelling at me and telling me it was my problem my fault I should've had everything closed up. They did not want to fix anything in the Travel Trailer. I told them I'm gonna call the Better Business Bureau. They said they didn't care do it and that they're not refunding any money. Their customer service is awful and so are they beware? in conclusion, I did report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Thank god I had stopped or I could've been driving for hours with the panel open. I called to tell them and a nasty woman told me "stuff happens". Upon arrival at the site in Ogden, all windows were cracked open to the travel trailer during a snow storm. This is very concerning as there is probably water damage in the trailer now. Next, there was water leaking from the low-point drain once we inspected underneath the trailer at the dealership. We are hopeful that the pipes or pump are not damaged due to cold temperatures. Furthermore, upon arriving home (1 hour drive South), the TV and mount were completely torn from the wall and on the floor. The floor and TV that were just replaced the previous 4 months are now damaged. As you can imagine, this was not a pleasant surprise. We have a trip coming up in 2 weeks and our trailer is not ready to go. We have been trying to get in reach of the owner of the Ogden location to discuss what needs to be done, but no one is calling us and we are being ping-ponged from person-to-person. I was very disappointed, the first rep cancelled the tire service because, surprise surprise, there was no tire shop open at 7 pm. NOBODY called to update me, only the Michelin service had told me it was cancelled. We finally got three very friendly guys to come out and put on the spare for us for a crazy amount of cash. When we finally got back on the road at 10 pm, the sensor fault came on. "Oh, you need to go to a garage immediately and get it recalibrated." At 10 pm?! There's no garage open that late! Even if it wasn't the sticks, no place is open at 10 at night. We ended up driving back home with the sensor warning on the whole time. It was a very frustrating experience, but the experience with the RV was phenomenal. Otherwise, I'd give only one star for the customer service alone. I get that the reps are in California, but they could have at least asked what time zone we were in.

They were very flexible and came in early for us to check out the RV to fit around our schedule. The check in and check out process was very easy and I am very happy with how the establishment was run and also how cost efficient the RV was. I would highly recommend this to someone that is looking for an affordable RV to rent without the hassle.
