However, Lippert shipped the wrong parts. Long story short, Lippert shipped the wrong parts 2-more times. In the mean time, we had reservations in a town 3-hours south of Sequim and had to vacant the Sequim RV park. When Lippert finally shipped the correct parts Darren traveled 3-hrs to our next destination to make the repair. My RV Works went above and beyond to complete the repair. It's a 2014 Itasca Navion RV that I had scheduled to rent out that Monday. Their guys diagnosed the problem and were able to find a part and get it delivered Monday morning. They replaced the whole rack and pinion steering system and aligned the tires that Monday and my renters were on the road Monday evening.
