I find it frustrating when a business invites customers to call but then doesn't answer or return messages. Communication is one of the most basic aspects of customer service and unfortunately my experience ended before I could even book the service. I cannot comment on the quality of their cleaning, but based on my experience, responsiveness and customer communication were disappointing. ***** UPDATE ***** After leaving my initial review regarding lack of response to calls and messages, the service provider did reach out to me directly. During that phone call, the conversation became confrontational. I was told that my review could be reported to the police, which felt like an inappropriate and intimidating response to customer feedback. During the call, I began recording for my own reference, and the call was then disconnected. There were multiple follow-up calls from the same number, and each time the conversation ended shortly after I attempted to record the interaction. I eventually chose to block the number due to the repeated and uncomfortable nature of the contact. Based on this experience, I found the communication to be unprofessional and stressful. Instead of addressing concerns calmly, the interaction escalated in a way that made me uncomfortable. As a result, I will not be using this service and would advise others to carefully consider communication reliability before booking.

They're really friendly and calm, and they always say hi to my dog lol. The first cleaning was a deep clean and it was honestly cleaner after they left than when we first moved in. I also asked them to do all the blinds that time, something that normally takes me forever, and they did it so fast, and it was so clean, it was such a relief. The next two times were regular cleans before parties, and each of those took them about 3 hours. For each clean, I pay somewhat more than what a few of my friends do, but they do such a great job so I haven't minded.
