I thought the labor price at $200/hour with a 2-hour minimum was a bit steep, but this is Commiefornia. I called the day before and talked to Kaley to ask if they had an RV dump and could we utilize it while we were there. She stated sure, no problem. Upon our arrival today, we were greeted by Chris. After he finished up with a customer, we started the conversation about us showing up early to use the RV dump. He stated he wasn't aware of the approval and said that he'd have to wait until Kaley showed up. He did not make any effort to contact her to verify the approval and he never got back to me. He stated that he had me in for 2-hours on the dash radio repair and an hour on the door awning. I declined the work on the door awning as I'm going to replace the motor myself and save $200. He then questioned when we would like the RV back. I told him that we are going to wait for it. He stated that it might be done by the end of the day. I then reiterated to him that when I made the appointment, it was to be completed while we wait. Chris contacted the service technician on the phone and told him I was here. The service technician (Harry) stated that he would be there in 15 minutes to start the work. 25 minutes later, Harry walked out of the parts department and stated that he had to run and get a part that one of the techs broke on another job. We left to go get food and came back 45 minutes later and nothing was started. I walked into the reception area and asked Chris where Harry was. He stated he was in our Bus working on the problem. I proceeded to walk to our Bus to check on progress. Guess what? No Harry and nothing had been completed. By this time, it was almost 12:15 and we had been there since 10am. I proceeded to ask for my keys back since this was the worst customer service I have ever received. Chris couldn't find my keys and supposedly Harry had them in his pocket and would be back soon. Then less than a couple of minutes, Chris came out with our keys. This place is a joke. They never apologized for Harry not being here on time to work on our RV, then disregarding our appointment and sending Harry to get parts for another job while we just stood there waiting for someone to start working on our RV. I will NEVER recommend this establishment as their customer service skills suck sweaty donkey balls. Chris told me that if he was scheduling the appointment, it wouldn't have been scheduled for a waiter appointment. I don't really care who scheduled it, we were told there was a 2-hour window blocked out for them to fix our RV. They out and out lied to us. We wasted fuel and our time just to be given the proverbial run around. Stay away from this place if you want your RV serviced. The technician Harry also reeked of alcohol and that should not be acceptable. They may do great body work, but they need remedial training on customer service. Caveat Emptor

I spoke with 3 other places that either charged me for diagnostics but told me they couldn't find a replacement or I just couldn't get in to be seen. I found Joe on yelp and took a shot. He told me he could pick up a converter and come see me that night. We weren't able to connect but he did come out the next day. The converter he bought wasn't going to work out so he took it back and told me he would shop around. He didn't charge me for that night. Now some of the reviews mention erratic scheduling and TMI over text. I can concur that is also true, but I was desperate and in a bind. This is why I gave 4 stars vs. 5 stars. I will say when he did make it out, he and his partner did not disappoint! I had purchased my own converter on amazon based on what little knowledge I had. When Joe came out he did not know what I bought and they sat down and rewired my whole setup in less than 3 hours! I need to give a shoutout to that skill! Pro Tip on communication: Text don't call and keep your calendar open if you want to get the job done. I a guarantee you will still get it done faster and cheaper than some of these other places I have recently contacted!

Seeing as how twin Detroit 6V92 Diesels are used on-board I figured that a trucking parts company and authorized distributor of Detroit Diesel would likely have the parts and I appreciated that they were open until 11:30 pm. Glen and Jack were great. Glen found the parts we needed and conferred with his tech Jack as to which parts cross-referenced with others, since the parts numbers we had we long retired by Detroit Diesel and new, updated numbers needed to be found. $500 OIL CHANGE! I…read morecalled Ryan and he said they could could come and service my RV the next day but could not give me a definite time. He said the mechanic likes to work on his own schedule and would show up between 8am and 8pm. He sent me an invoice for $200 that i thought was applied to the job minus travel time. I could not see the fine print on my phone and didn't realize that was just to show up! The mechanic called me at 11am and said he would be there in about an hour. He shows up at 2:30pm. He didn't have many tools because his had been recently stolen so I had to loan him a tool to do the job. I also let him use my floor jack and stands because i didn't know what kind of jack he brought with him. I also had drain pans, funnels, shop towels, brake clean, and all of the fluids needed for a full service. He did change the 2 quarts of oil in the generator too. THE JOB TOOK AN HOUR. After the job Ryan sends me an invoice for an ADDITIONAL $300! He claimed that the mechanic was there an hour and a half and the repair rate once on site was $200 an hour. I said you never quoted me any prices like that and its too much for an oil change. HE THREATENED ME AND MY HOME WITH PHYSICAL VIOLENCE including "shooting me in the face" and embarrassing me in small claims court. i wish I would have found these reviews before I called him. Don't do business with this scammer!
