This thing uses a heat pump to gently heat and pull the moisture out your stuff. Amazing, no vent pipe and no extra space being taken up by a whole additional machine. Thing even uses a standard 120 Volt plug like anything else you would plug in. No more wild, huge 220 Volt plug and special outlet and an electrician to install the outlet and breaker. EZPZ is an understatement. Only thing this place needs is the appliances to be hooked up so the salesman can give a proper demonstration. Instead, I was asked to pay a second time for the delivery to be completed. The delivery team was courteous and did what they could under the circumstances.
