This was horrible: on another appointment for a clothing dryer, a younger man "Travis" took the liberty to ignore instructions he was shown and told that the washing machine was covered & taped down with large hand written instructions, not to touch, not to open and remove anything in the washing machine which was full with my female personal laundry in it. He was told if needed something to test the dryer, he was to go a few feet away & knock on the door, and would be given some items to test this dryer. Instead, this stranger, removed the tarp, took out my personal items and put them in the dryer himself, ruining a few items that were not supposed to be dried while at it. Not only did he not have the right to do that, there was no camera in there to see what he possibly dropped, and these appliances were on a dirty garage floor that unfortunuately had critters visiting too often due to a negligant HOA and landlord. Unforgiveable. He should of been fired !
