Wow, so here's my story.... I went in to get a gift personalized for my wife. I went to drop by the Bank Of America right across the street for them. I saw this store, while i was on my way to Things Remembered, so I decided "Why not?" So I went in, and they had items better than things remembered.! They were very friendly and answered any questions I had. Turn around time was also amazing! He was able to get my item personalized within an hr. So went back home, ate lunch, by the time i finished, i got a call from the worker telling me that it was already done. Now that is what im talking about! My gift was waiting and personalized just the way i wanted it. Without a doubt, I will always come here. Been to Rockwell 2 other times from my first time and experiences were all great...! Have recommended my friend there and he also had a great experience. Anyways.. looking for great items at great low price and great service? Pay them a visit. You wont regret it...! Also, I saw the machines they were using and are much more professional looking than Things remembered. I dont know about quality, but the size of their machine speaks for itself. Give them a try. You wont regret it.... Buy an item from them, they are free engraving i believe.... and they will also engrave your own item for a small cost. read more

RWPrints work is great. David the owner is very responsive and he provides great customer service. I asked him to make me a banner ASAP and the turn around time was quick. Heard about this place through a friend so decided to stop by in need of a farewell/congratulations gift for a coworker. The gentleman working in the store was very knowledgable and even though they didnt have exactly what I was looking for, I did come away with something different, but with the same intentions behind the gift and a personalization etched right on the front of it to make it unique. David was helpful and even offered ideas of what they were capable of doing to personalize items. So to anybody who wants to make someone happy with an original gift, this is the place to go. I've never had a better experience with a printing company. I recently had shirts printed for a church retreat and everything turned out absolutely great! I got referred to him and I'm so glad I did. David's printing method and ability to get various quantities at great prices allowed us to give our members 5 different shirt styles to choose from, which is something that I never thought would be possible at the prices we were able to get them for. So, in the end, we got great quality shirts (Alternative Apparel), in two different neck lines, in two different shirt colors, and with different colors of our logo printed on the front. Totally satisfied!!! And on top of the great product, David is just an awesome person to work with. He's so friendly and professional. I usually don't write reviews because most places are not worth writing about. However, there comes a time when you stumble upon a hidden jewel that you really have to gossip about. Rockwell is definitely something I need to share! I was told about Rockwell by a friend when she found that I was in desperate need of a gift. Honestly, I searched sooo long and hard to find a gift that i was ready to give up but my friend had suggested I give the company a call which I did. I visited the store the next day and was greeted by a pleasant guy. I told him my dilemma and he definitely took it into account when showing me his inventory. Unfortunately, the item that I wanted was not stocked at the time but he did assure me it would arrive in time with the personalization which it did, surprisingly! (unlike other places) I am very pleased with the service I got from Rockwell. This place definitely goes above and beyond to make anyone, even a newbie like me, feel like VIP status. Their personalization and attention to consumer needs will by far surpass anyone out there. I work in Torrance and walked by their store at lunch. Next day went in with my padfolio to have my name embossed on it. The person behind the counter was helpful and said they cannot do embossing, but can laser etch my name, I only needed to tell them the font to use,and I was shown a wallet with an etching as a example. I chose my font, location where the name goes, and was told to come back in 20 minutes. I walked around and came back to pick up the padfolio. The etching was about twice the size I was expecting. I was expecting the size of lettering from the wallet I was shown. I paid my fee ($10) and left silently mad. Returned the next day after I cooled down (realize that this padfolio is unusual and was a gift) to see what can be done about redoing the work. The lettering is way too big. ( I am guessing the software porportions the letter size to the size of the item. For a name on a personal item, this logic is not true.) I was told this is impossible. I then told the person that the next time he does this kind of work, ask what size the text should be. The rest of the story is I came back later and asked for a refund. I was given the money, with an explanation that this is not normally done. I am disappointed that my padfolio now looks like an advertisement rather than a professional and personal item of mine. If the lettering size had been correct, I would have given them 5 stars because everything else about the experience was nice. The kicker to the story is my name is used as a floor example on a wallet in the store. So if you go in, my name is on a black wallet located on the example table in the middle of the store. read more

From bookmarks to banners and everything in between! I own a local publishing company and have been using RW for years now. It's about time I speak up about how great they are because they have come to our rescue more than once! They have created a vast array of items for us that have all been top quality, with amazing customer service, fast turn around, and great prices. But I really must thank David for the times we have come in, panicked that a last minute change has been made and the book show or book signing is the day after tomorrow! He has always come through with flying colors, with time to spare, and does it all with a calm, reassuring spirit. RW quite literally prints everything but our books and we would never think of going anywhere else.
