RXO is an impossible company to work with and they will cancel the day of delivery.They said they had no room on the truck for my scheduled order. Why did they schedule me? So I get bumped and the soonest they can reschedule is two weeks out. They have had my table over two weeks now. I called and talked with their 'resolution' department and advised I would be out of town for two months and they must deliver within the next week. Resolution tells me it's no problem if they can't get it to me. before I leave and they will hold onto the item for 3 mos. I called Wayfair (purchased table from them) and they say that is ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. There is a limit of 30 days or the item will be returned to Wayfair. I specifically told RXO I would not be available for a May 31st delivery and yet I get a text telling me I have been rescheduled for May 31st. I even said my husband and I will drive our truck to the local facility to pick the table up and received an email saying they need an email from Wayfair allowing us to do so. Wayfair gave them verbal permission!! I will never order from Wayfair again because they choose to use RXO as their 3rd party delivery team. read more

This companies Knoxville location is very unethical. We ordered a refrigerator from Samsung and they scheduled delivery with RXO. I paid for delivery, installation, and removal of old refrigerator. On the day of delivery they refused to install and haul off the old one. The delivery drivers said their boss told them they didn't have to. I told them to keep the refrigerator. Called the RXO 800 number and that was simply scripted lip service with absolutely no resolution. They said they would "escalate" the issue, which is code for appease the customer with the word, but do nothing. The straw that broke my back was the flat out lies they said. They wrote I rescheduled the delivery and wasn't home on my ticket. Which is a complete fabrication to cover their back and probably try to get paid for the run they refused to deliver. So I rescheduled, and day of delivery they said "Sorry delivery unavailable and for me to call and reschedule again." At this point I just called Samsung and cancelled the order. I called Samsung and they use the same script "we will elevate this and follow up with you via email." They never did just like RXO. You will find lots of reviews just like mine. What a shame that this simple company cannot do their job and own their mistakes, instead they lie and deceive. For future reference why don't you just tell the customer what you want to do, instead of what your supposed to do. When scheduling deliveries do the same, schedule what works for you, not what works for the customer. We are only customers no need to listen to us. read more

They don't setup installations in a timely manner. Trust me. If you order appliances from Samsung because this is who they use for delivery, don't pay for the installs. Just do it yourself. After the 4th scheduled delivery which was a no show or last minute cancellation I was forced to cancel my Peloton order. I wasted multiple days sitting around waiting on the delivery of this order and unfortunately was never contacted (as assured I would be by Peloton customer service) by XPO. I would have given a Five star rating, especially for the delivery and pick up guys. They are great and deserve major kudos. This was our third encounter with local delivery guys and they are hard working, very professional and pleasant. The local managers at the warehouse are also excellent --they are the ones who straightened out the mess that the scheduling/call-center made. So, i have to subtract that last star because of the call center. We had a rather major issue with a bed delivery that I won't go into here ... except to say that we had no bed to sleep on for two nights because of a delivery scheduling screw up -- "a glitch in our system" is what I was told. After a 1/2 day of several calls and 2+ hours of being on hold, we ended up getting our bed within 24 hrs of working with the local. warehouse staff directly. XPO needs to seriously look at their call/scheduling staff and processes. It's giving their business a black eye. read more

I had a Peloton bike delivered and the when mounting my monitor the delivery guy didn't take the time to align the screws to mount the monitor and stripped the screws and the sockets. They seemed very rushed. As a result my monitor is unstable on the bike. Peloton is having to replace my handlebars the monitor sits on. There is no way they didn't know they did that before bringing the bike in. Total disregard for such an expensive piece of equipment. Peloton should really try and find another delivery service and I told them that much when I video chatted with them to show them the damage. read more

Unfortunately, I am not able to just go pick up my bike. Peloton won't allow me to do that. I get all the wonderful boilerplate emails with all the promises and I get nothing from the local delivery group. You can't even call them, the phone rings off the hook. If I could rate no star I would! scheduled granite installation 1 week past original delivery date. After 3 times of being rescheduled now here we are no appliances which means no granite! I called the 800 number multiple times to confirm they were still coming I was assured they were just running behind but no one ever showed and never got a call or email! XPO no-showed me three times: Sept 15, Oct 4, and Oct 12. After a 4-way conference call with Costco, Samsung and XPO, and much pleading, my washer and dryer were finally delivered Oct 14. My experience has been a nightmare so far. They bumped my delivery date up by a day so I rearranged my schedule to be available, but two after the delivery window I had to leave and that's when they called to deliver. I rescheduled, received a time window day of, and they were no shows. Now my record has been updated to show as delivered, and I haven't received. I have never written a bad review but had to this time !! I bought a refrigerator. XPO was assigned to deliver it. XPO changed the delivery date on me at least 6 times. I would pick a delivery date and then a few days before would get a text that the date has changed. I would call their customer service and get the same scripted response. It took over 4 months to finally get my refrigerator delivered !! It was subbed out to another delivery provider and they stated that XPO is terrible to work with and they bear all kinds of horror stories from customers. unfortunately when you purchase something we don't have a day in delivery provider. read more

We ordered a driver January 13 from appliance connection. XPO picked it up on January 16. Estimated delivery was January 28. Their tracking service did not Work. On January 30 I called appliances connection to find out where the dryer was. In Knoxville at XPO. We never received a call saying when the dryer will be delivered. I called XPO several times and was given Excuses why it hadn't been delivered. One of the excuses was the installerdidn't show up. We had our own installer. Then they would give me another delivery date and say they would call the day before. Their new delivery date is next week February 12. My brother in law has a truck so he and my husband drove the 60 miles to pick up the dryer yesterday. It is installed and working no thanks to XPOlogistics/Lastmile. read more

I'm going to start with the actual delivery. It went fine. The guys who brought our new mattress were nice and took care in our home. No issues with the actual delivery. However, it was an absolute nightmare just trying to get to that point. Initial delivery date, that I chose because we work and can't be home all day every day, was changed without asking me. So I had to call them to change it. What should have been easy was ridiculous. Then, the day before it was scheduled, we had a family emergency so I did the right thing and called to let them know I couldn't be there and asked to reschedule. The person who answers the phone could not do this for me, said she'd tell them and someone would contact me. Nope - my next contact was from the delivery driver whom I had to tell, sorry, we're not home. I apologized to him, told him that I had notified them but obviously they failed to let them know. So, the next contact I had was a text with a new date. Again, no call to see if that date would be acceptable. So, I made it work. But then I was supposed to get a call with a delivery window of 4 hrs. Nope - that never happened either. So, we sat and waited- what choice did we have?! Terrible experience overall, but giving 2 stars because the guys who eventually showed up were nice and did their job appropriately. But this company lacks ALOT to be desired in terms of customer service. Would not use again if had a choice! read more

Unorganized, total disregard for the customer and their time. Two failed delivery attempts (one when I was home), but they left without knocking or calling. The second was confirmed but needed to be rescheduled (was told on delivery day after waiting). There is no item in the world that is worth getting from these guys. They are awful. The owner continues to apologize on Yelp but apparently nothing changes and they just don't care. Will, never, ever, ever, ever use them again. Destroyed my kitchen counter top, at same time destroyed new dishwasher, and broke the drain line. They sent a crew that was not professionally certified to do a Samsung Dishwasher, or they just didn't know how. The made sexual comments about my ability to to get screwed as they swept up their mess off my floor and found a screw. I had to beg them to stop what they were doing as they were actually destroying my kitchen! Then the stole my old dishwasher, dispite me telling them they couldn't have it. Guy was huge, and other than sexual comments, refused to talk to me. I actually started tipping them to get them to leave. It wasn't my fault their company didn't tell them they were supposed to install it. But, the following Saturday the huge guy, call me up and basically said he was coming over to rape me. I am disabled. Thanks to him I feel disabled, and though I reported to both Samsung. And RXO numerous times, and have been assured by RXO that has been moved up to the highest form of illegal department. Nobody has bothered to contact me. So if you're no investigation is everything been started. I also supplied them with a screenshot of the phone records showing that this was the same number used when they were coming out to my home with the dishwasher to start with. It took them 40 to 50 days to get the stinky dirty dishwasher out of my house as it wouldn't drain and so the water molded and then turned the slime. I'm disabled. I can't down on my hands and knees and suck that water out for him. It stinks so bad. I couldn't even have people to my home as far as getting people over to my house to do estimates. Something RXO says it's my problem and that's what I have to do. They don't do that. Two people left and refused to do it because they didn't want to get close enough to the dishwasher. And though I asked RXO to leave me the hell alone for a week when I was on vacation, I got three to four messages a day saying to call them to schedule my installation, only to find out that they still had no idea when Samsung was sending him another dishwasher, just that it was coming three or four times a day. Really you need to send that three or four times a day when I've asked you to leave me the hell alone? So if they're delivering anything to your house and they're coming from the Knoxville unit and Powell I highly suggest that you call somebody and ask them to be there with you because if it's the same group that comes out to deliver to me I am not the first person they said that too and they tried to have their sexual risk with or come back and think that they can have what they want. The other guys look on his face when the big fella said that to me. Said that to me very clearly they've done this before. RXO doesn't seem to care. Samsung does seem to care and yet I still am without a dishwasher about 4 months later and I can't get anybody to answer for who's doing what to take care of it. According to RXO I am to get estimates on getting this fixed. Why should I have to bother to fix their problems? Why don't they send somebody out to just fix it? Damthing why is it my problem. And ask for Samsung. Don't ever buy anything from Samsung. Go to Home Depot and buy it and have them deliver it because it's just not worth having to go through RXO. read more

This is my second negative review while trying to get an undamaged peloton bike delivered over hte past 8 months. XPO has tried to deliver 3 damaged bikes to my house. The most recent was this past Saturday. I contact the warehouse manager (Wyatt) on Monday, who promised he would look at the bike and have it delivered to my house the following day. The bike was not delivered, and I have not heard anything from XPO, nor do they answer or return phone calls. I would love advice on how to get this company to actually deliver a product. read more
