Ron Mills, business account manager in the metro area, is an unscrupulous, slick talking man but his supervisor, Reid, when I finally was able to get in contact with Ron's supervisor after three attempts on filling out their complaint forms, said, "you signed a contract." I simply could not get the transfer code from Xfinity for my paid-off iPhone 13ProMax THAT DAY so Ron said, "let's just swap out a phone for you." And it was a standard iPhone 14, (much poorer camera features.) THEN THEY TOOK MY FULLY PAID OFF iPhone 13 PRO MAX AND SHIPPED IT AWAY BEFORE CONTRACTS WERE EVEN SIGNED. I WAS STUCK. I put it on auto pay (who checks those payments? Oops), and come to find out, I'm stuck with a three-year contract. Two years into it I still owe $1000. He had me swap out my paid off phone for a three year contract? As I asked Reid, his boss, "what normal healthy person would do a contract like that? If he can't see well enough to literally read the fine print?" He wouldn't answer. I asked the same questing in three variations, including a yes/no response. Crickets. I am visually impaired, as I told them at the time - it was obvious. Ron said, "it's the best deal you can get," and his rude boss, Reid, finally getting back to me, belligerently kept saying "you signed a contract." He had no compassion for a mentally and physically impaired senior. If Ron Mills is working at this store that day you want to set up a business account, DON'T, find another location if you want to get a business account. After signing the paperwork, Jay informed me my phone wouldn't be available for weeks, and I would have to wait until someone from Verizon contacted me. However, my new plan would start immediately despite not having a new phone. Jay rushed me out of the store because he had someone waiting for him. The next day, my iPhone 11, which I've had for years, began malfunctioning and was unable to connect to a cellular network without an Internet connection. I called to speak with Jay, who said, "Okay, but I have another customer in 40 minutes." I rushed over to the store, and in a haughty manner, Jay asked, "What do you want me to do? I have never heard of anyone having this problem. Do you want me to remove the SIM card?"
