On both occasions, a store employee fraudulently added additional services to our account without our knowledge or consent. I spent weeks trying to get my account cleaned up and these bad employees reported, only to find out one is now the store manager at this location, Ryder Anderson. ATT is the Wells Fargo of the wireless world, their employees are being incentivized to add services and features to client accounts without their consent. If you have had this happen to you as well, please file complaints with the MN AG and the Consumer Protection Agency.

Anyways, I went in with my Verizon iPhone 6 and asked them what I needed to do to switch providers. Since it wasn't busy, there were 2 associates helping me. They were both very kind and made it simple to understand how to switch providers and what my options were if I wanted to update my phone. After I switched over I thought I would have to purchase a new phone, however, they told me all iPhone 6's were sold unlocked -that basically means you can put the SIM card from any network in it and it will work with that provider- and I would just need to put an AT&T SIM card into it. I was so relieved I didn't have to purchase a brand new iPhone, as I was wait to get the new iPhone 7. When I went back to get the new iPhone 7 it was a busy and I had to wait a half an hour until someone got to me; Which was understandable since it was the Saturday after the iPhone 7 came out. When they finally got to me, they thanked me for my patience and helped me with buying my new iPhone. The one downside to this location is the parking; The parking lot is very little.

I moved to AT&T in February from Verizon onto my husband's account. When I moved to AT&T, I turned in my iPhone for a credit towards a new phone. My husband upgraded his phone about a week later. He also turned in his old phone for a credit towards a new phone. AT&T is now saying we did not turn in our phones and is charging us $2000+ for the phones. I've been in the store several times with no action, asked to talk to the district manager 3 times, was told 3 times he would call me and I have yet to hear from him and customer service keeps telling me to go back to the store with the issue since it was them who didn't turn in the phones. I would like someone above the store manager to contact me instead of ignoring me. At this point, I believe AT&T stole our phones and the district manager is part of the scam. And I am stuck with the bill. I completely regret switching carriers and am planning on going back to Verizon as soon as this is cleared up. As a new customer, I am shocked at how poorly this company takes care of it's customers.

They then did not honor the program. Secondly, I found out they are not a corporate AT&T store, rather a franchisee. As such, their records are not connected to all other AT&T stores. So, when they said I could have my screen protector replaced at any AT&T store, this was not an accurate statement. Overall, I found their sales tactics to be misleading and deceiving. I would highly recommend driving the extra few miles and go to on of the corporate owned AT&T stores.
