Brie and Charlie held our newbie hands the whole way through on a process that felt like it took forever. 8 months in total, from the very first email, to the deal that fell through, to the one. Week after week Brie sent us well thought out spreadsheets, teaching us how to analyze deals, what to look for, and how we could add value to properties if we wanted to. Helping us understand different neighborhoods since we were out of state investors hoping to house hack into a pretty great financial situation.
