Service and coordination was particularly great. Megan was our lead person, and she provided excellent concierge service. We were frankly surprised how great she was and attentive. We just assumed we'd be in for some chaos but nope, guided us, paced us, and was very attentive. You bring your own drinks and cake, and they have pizza baked in house. The pizza is really good. Wow. Move over boring kid birthday pizza. They take the cake back for you and cut it up and serve it. They clean up. They help with pizza distribution. They wheel in and out the carts with gifts (and coats this time of year) into and out of the party area. So if you want to stay around longer after the party area reservation, you're welcome to and they've got multiple carts to keep your things. The distribution of some of the credits on cards before and after was great. And the A or B on the cards of the kids to divide up the laser tag was great. There were electronic games, claw games, multiplayer games, violent and non-violent, physical sport/skill games (basketball shooting, ski ball, drop ball), and both ticket earning and non-ticket earning games. The redemption area has a large variety of choices and they're displayed well to enable kids to make choices without long queues. The laser tag area is surprisingly large and very fun for the kids. It's gotta be 2-3x larger than the rest of the arcade. The price here was great. Even though we signed waivers in advance there was a computer snafu and they had to redo them for our whole party making the check in a fairly long process. In general the communication/ process for getting ready and starting the GoKarting didn't feel super smooth as the passenger but you could tell the staff was organized and knew what they were doing. They were also super flexible when one round they accidentally had child settings on some of our karts and let us redo the round. The go karting was super fun and it was great that we got to do both tracks. Special shout out to manager David. We had dressed up as our dad from various eras for Father's Day and he loved our vibe so much he offered us a free round of virtual darts! What should have been a fun celebration turned into a frustrating mess from start to finish. First, we waited over 20 minutes for a high chair. Our server, Rebecca, she stood at the edge of the table asking other 1 table over to speak louder, brought us wrong drinks and blamed it on "the new girl," then made us pass full cups down the table which spilled everywhere. No napkins were given. When we asked about food/drink specials, she said there were none. but I googled and found 50-cent wings right there. We all ordered wings and fries, plus a well-done burger for me. Food took forever, and when it came, multiple wing orders were wrong and my burger was completely off. She blamed the kitchen. We asked for honey mustard on the side - never came. The worst part was the bill. We asked for 3 separate checks - she gave us one $193 check, then split it but added gratuity to ALL three checks. Even worse - she counted our INFANT as a 7th person for gratuity. That is absolutely disgusting and unethical. She also charged us for the free birthday sundae they offered for my son. When I questioned it, she got rude. We had to ask for manager Thanos, then finally the Black female manager helped fix it - but the whole bill correction took over an HOUR of our playtime on my son's birthday. Completely unacceptable. Nobody was working at the axe throwing counter. Had to walk all the way around to find someone at the bowling desk, who eventually went to the axe throwing desk. Then they moved us from one booth to another to another because they couldn't get the machine to work. Took a while, error messages showing up and the worker didn't know how to push the "ok" button on the error messages. Finally they got it to work. The axe throwing wood targets are in TERRIBLE SHAPE! There were several HUGE like 2 inch wide gaps in the wood so that several times the axe would hit perfectly but inside the gap so it bounced out even though it would have stuck if those gaps weren't there. C'mon management, maintain them! How much could it cost to replace big rough pieces of lumber? Positive things: the price is right. This place cost about half of what other bowling alleys cost. The place seems fairly clean and not run-down. It has potential to be a successful business. It was not a terrible experience but definitely needs better management. Management: pay attention: How to Have Successful Business 101: Stock the bar. (I see a few other review here about how the bar was lacking supplies). Maintain the facilities. Have servers clean up and take orders. You will make more money that way! Make sure employees are present and motivated. The employees seem not to care. They need to at least seem to be pumped up and cheerful and eager to serve the clients. They could earn lots of tips that way too.

My 3 year old was able to navigate through some experiences in the park alone. There are various slides and drop I would not encourage for the younger children. There were various activites for the children to do in the inflatable park. Grippy socks are not allowed in the park. This establishment offers reasonable pricing for food. My children loved the cheese pizzas and slushies. There are seats by the inflatable park for adults to sit in while they watch their children. Lockers are also provided. There are places to put your coat throughout the establishment. There were plenty of staff on the premises who were all friendly and healthy. Chris was super friendly and kind during laser tag.
