Its extremely frustrating and I wish there was a better alternative. I'd have no problem entering my member ID on the screen if it meant getting the gate to open every single time. No customer should have to suffer through this. The quality of the wash itself is decent and the heated dry is a nice touch in the winter time. Overall I will continue to be a customer, but I just hope management fixes the kinks in the RFID system.

I was having trouble making it out to Novi from West Bloomfield and Jill, who answered the phones mentioned they can come pick my car up at my house for a $25 fee. I decided to do that and Jill scheduled my appointment for about a week later. Jill and one of the other people who worked there got to my home to take my car around 10am, and said they'd have it back around 4:30. I reiterated how I only needed the inside cleaned and not to worry about the outside. They brought my car back around 5, and it looked good as new. The inside was completely rid of dog hair and ground in salt and all the other messes kids make. It looked like they had given the outside of the van a quick wash, which I appreciate. Jill did let me know that depending on how difficult it would be to get the dog hair out they would possibly have to charge me more, I had told her that was fine. They did end up having to use special tools to get the dog hair out and did end up charging me more, but I didn't mind because she told me that might happen. I am so pleased with how my car turned out. I will definitely use them again after next winter!

As…read moresoon as i saw the gouges that were put on my car i took it up there to show the attendant . she tells me " no one else has complained about it so she can guarantee that it didn't happen there‍ well i can guarantee it did happen there, the whole back half of my car was replaced by a rear end accident. After reading other reviews and seeing similar comments. It must be a script they learn working at the zax car wash to deny all responsibility. The car wash itself was horrible, very little soap, the foam strips dragged in clumps across the roof of my car, my car looked worse after the supposed wash. At least before the car wash the dirt was even and there weren't gouges in the black plastic and tailgate. i paid for a $24 for an ultimate plus tip to damage my car. Never again.
