First day was a half sandwich and soup combo. Really yummy sandwich made with good ingredients and even the soup was a step above what I'd expect. Day two got a whole sandwich and fruit cup because I'm trying to avoid unnecessary starches and carbs. This sandwich, actually a turkey panini, was also really good and the fruit was again all fresh and tasty. I was prepared to be disappointed by it way was not at all. They seem to use quality bread and ingredients rather than the usual food service stuff I'd expect. They threw a bunch of fun animal shaped magnets in with our order the first day and I grabbed a couple to take home. Next time I'm here I'll return to PureBread!

They later came back after realizing they were in the wrong and said they would honor the drink prices but not the appetizers on the happy hour menu. We saw an empty high top table with no chairs outside that we would have stood at, but that wasn't even an option. Instead, we were told we could purchase drinks and walk around outside. I like how the crispy on the outside deli on the inside and fresh baked all the time. A couple of issues: one is when it's crowded the wait can be a while, especially if we're just here to pick up a couple bagels. They seem to do everything in order even though it's a quick couple of bagels in the order. I'm an operations guy and an easy fix would be having someone focus on bagel only orders. Also seems like they mix up things quite a lot. I know the staff are very busy all running around so I get it. Seems staffed adequately and they scream your name when the order is ready it's so loud it's hard to understand especially with staff who have quiet voices. Maybe a Number system or something fun like I saw in the past at the fractured prune doughnut using playing cards.
