The ambience is clean and casual and the large windows bring in plenty of natural lighting. The "healthy start" platter may be named with tongue-in-cheek as it features two generously thick and smoky slices of bacon and two eggs but the grilled mushrooms, avocado, and roasted potatoes made for an awesome brunch! Their giant pancakes are probably the best any restaurant can offer - better than many so-called "pancake houses." A stack of three is probably more than anyone can finish! The chipotle chicken panini was also more than I could eat at one sitting, the serving was so generous. This is not "fast food." Everything is cooked to order and is brought to the table when it is ready, so everyone may not be eating at the same moment, but everyone will be served a fresh dish, not one sitting under a heat lamp for 10 minutes while the rest of the order is finished. When we arrived at the restaurant, they had just received a large delivery of fresh produce that had yet to be stocked and I have to tell you that Flowers is ordering some high quality produce to serve its customers.

The chilaquiles were packed with flavor and clearly made fresh. Johnny's French toast was next level, rich, perfectly cooked, and easily one of the best I've had. Completely unprompted, Antonio and Chef Francisco surprised me with a birthday celebration, fresh churros with a candle. It was thoughtful, personal, and genuine.
