I do make an exception for my mom's homemade frosting, but I'm just not a frosting person, even when it's from the finest high-end bakery out there. However, let me tell you, this is the perfect frosting! It is light, smooth, incredibly fresh, and creamy without being heavy. I actually love this frosting and I actually enjoy eating it. This place has got a wonderful thing going and I hope they're around for generations and generations. Talk about some food that makes your heart smile :).
