Food is good can't complain about the food, service isn't bad but it could be better. If I lived closer I would come more often but it's good overall. I am giving it 4 stars just because they could be a bit more friendly and on going instead of just dry & also because as a Mexican food truck your number one cliental are Mexican and you charge extra for extra salsa.

The timing could not have been more perfect when my husband mentioned he was hungry as we were walking past this bright pink truck to our car. $1 tacos with several meats to chose from. We went with pastor, chorizo, asada and carnitas. The only meat worth getting again was the pastor, the rest were pretty fatty and poor quality. Service was very nice, they work hard and the tacos were ready in bout two minutes. They have several salsas to chose from, all pretty good and most of them fairly spicy. Not really worth getting again since my husband didn't enjoy any of his, but they were there at just the right time and it was cheap, so ok for me.

We ordered a bunch of different tacos but I liked the cabeza taco and al Pastor taco. The green sauces were good Needed more cheese in the mulitas bcuz it was kinda dry. Not sure if I would come back. But can't beat $1 tacos for the more common meats. I did like the fact they gave us a bunch of grilled onions. It was sooooo good! CASH ONLY

And they never answer their phone!

I wish I can give 0 stars, very bad service, I went on Saturday I placed my order I took 50min not only that the cook was not wearing a mask, the cashier was preparing the pata quesadillas and cashing out customers without washing her hands. If I get sick of Covid or any illness you guys are responsible! Please contact me. ASAP

I sauced it! And k think that's cactus on the side there. It's good.

Looks like they are usually parked across from the Country Villa Nursing home. It is a bright pink truck that is easy to spot. $1.00 tacos. Cash only. No diet coke. The tacos were okay. Cheap. Affordable. Fast. And it's from a food truck.... I was hungry. I was fed. I was happy! The quality of the meat was okay. It was served with lemon on a sturdy plate. It came out in 3 minutes. It was served with a side of veggies. Idk what it was but I think it is cactus. I wouldn't make a special trip to get these tacos, but I would definitely buy it when there's a reason for me to be in this area. These tacos would have been perfect with some lime and a Diet Coke.

If you miss this truck, I'm sorry for your vision.

I was searching for some tacos al pastor with onions and pineapple for taco Tuesday, so I hit up the homey Hector G, and he told me to go to "Ryko Mak Tako". Ummm waat? Crazy name but I like it! So I told him to meet me there at lunch. Walked right up and ordered a "gringas" for my buddy and two tacos al pastor with pineapple and onion. Yes I know, it's the same thing but I didn't want to eat all of that was on the amazing looking gringas. I thought two street tacos would do it. But no, I needed two more. Decided to try the carnitas and carne this time. All were delicious. But the pastor here is . It's a food truck, but it's always parked here, bright pink. If you miss it, I think you should see an optometrist ASAP. While it is a food truck, they only provide crates to sit on, so I just took my plates back to my truck and pull the tail gate down and had my lunch under a tree. Street sweeping is Thursday, so there's no parking then. Not sure the time frame, I just remember it was Thursday. Definitely will becoming back to try a "super gringas" when I'm superantojito!!!

I was driving down Bristol and stumbled across this pink Taco Truck! I am a sucker for Tacos and super picky. I decided to try the Pastor & Carne Asada Tacos. Both proteins were dry and bland. The tortillas were bland, too soft, and overwhelming. It felt like I was just eating tortillas. There also weren't enough meat. The sauces weren't that great either! It's too bad that I had a bad experience here!

This food truck is always here.

If in the area and you see this hot pink truck, do yourself a favor and give it a try. As food trucks go, this is more reasonably priced and the food is actually great! I've tried a few different items with my husband but I always come back to the carne asáda tacos. They are hands down the best street tacos I have ever had. They have other options for more adventurous taste buds, too. PS: home made corn tortillas... Need I say more?! Do yourself a favor and try this truck out!

It makes my stomach worse than the food we ate here to leave a bad review on a small business - especially a food truck. Which by the way some of the best food I have had has been from food trucks. It's seems there is more love into the food they serve. The location was not too bad, accessible with decent street parking. Clean & simple setup - canopies, folding tables & stools. The stools look questionable but were sturdier than they look. Nice CLEAN salsa bar. Oh they were not stingy on the napkins - a bonus for me! The cashier was not that personable. My friend's daughter ordered. She asked for sour cream on her quesadilla. He laughed sarcastically & said no sour cream. My tacos had bland dry bits of meat. My cousin & her friend's burritos were too hot.

It's hard to find a good Taco Tuesday but they do a great job helping the community and keeping the prices $1.50 for basic meats like pollo, asada, and al pastor. I personally love my lengua and this truck has some of the best I've tried! It is a bit pricier but definitely worth it given the taste/quality. A couple things about the condiments--green sauce is spicier than you think, red one is more of a salsa and not that hot. Radishes are unfortunately not very crunchy/juicy at this location so I don't get it as often as I would at other taco spots. If you're ever in a rush, they do phone orders AND DoorDash. I've done all the methods and quality stays up there each time! However, if you do wanna enjoy your tacos right after they're prepared, you can always sit at their tables next to the truck. They have quite a bit of dining space and I've never seen it too crowded to the point of having difficulty finding a spot to sit. In terms of finding the truck, you just need to turn into S Hathaway St. Very close to the train tracks. I park in any free space they have there, since the businesses are usually closed after 5pm (which is when the truck opens).

I was honestly surprised by the 2.9-star rating because the photos made the food look delicious, but I decided to give it a try anyway. Overall, I thought it was great. The meat was really good, very flavorful without being over-seasoned or overly salty. I love hibachi-style food, but a lot of places tend to go heavy on the soy sauce and other seasonings, which can make everything taste extremely salty. That wasn't the case here at all. The flavors were well balanced, and nothing tasted salty or overpowering. The vegetables were cooked perfectly, they were soft but not mushy and I liked that they used large pieces of broccoli instead of tiny chopped bits. The only thing I didn't love was the $6 upcharge for fried rice. All of the bowls and plates come with white rice by default, and while the base price of the bowls was fair enough that I still went ahead and ordered the fried rice, the price difference feels a little steep. It seems like they could charge a couple dollars more for the bowls and a couple dollars less for the fried rice instead, because a $6 increase just to put the rice on the grill and add some sauce feels a bit out of line. Other than that, though, the Service was fast and friendly, the food itself was really solid and definitely satisfied my hibachi craving. I'd definitely go back!
