Kristy greeted me as soon as I walked in, I absolutely loved the decor and how spread out everything was. She sat me down and was very attentive to what I wanted/envisioned. She suggested we take off the dead and keep the color natural... and that we did, she gave me the most amazing shampoo too BTW (The shampoo & conditioner that she uses smell AMAZING, I had to buy some for myself) I was beyond happy with the results... she gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had and slayed the color by adding in some money pieces. I have found an honest hair dresser! I used to drive to La Jolla for my hair but now I can trust someone in the Temecula Valley to do a terrific job - consistently - at a fair price! I have baby fine hair - not much of it - and Jessica is truly amazing at making my hair look great. She has gone out of her way to do anything and everything to care for the HEALTH of my hair. Other hair people - may want it to look good the day they do it - but she knows that long term care is WAY Better than short term results. My hair is super healthy and I get compliments frequently. This salon is right upstairs from Starbucks in old town. Jessica updated my ombre to blend it a bit since it had grown out and turned brassy. She added balayage highlights and toned everything. She asked all the right questions to make sure she knew what I anticipated the outcome to be. Everyone in the salon was polite and helpful as well. I will be going back and recommend the salon. They take some walk ins but its best to call in to make an appointment. Any of the stylists will take the same time with you as well. I bought a Deal[palooza that was 35 dollars for a cut and partial highlights. It was valued at $110. When my daughter went in to use it she was upcharged for having long hair and also for the thinning of her hair. I could have understood her being charged the $30 extra for the thinning but being charged another 30 for long hair when all she did was cut it was riduculous!! So I (actually my 15 yr old daughter had to pay with her own money) avtually paid 95dollars for sometjing that was supposed to cost 35. With that plus the 20 tip my dayghter left her she is out 80. Not happy and will not be patronizing this salon again! read more
