Few weeks later - I message: one of my rentals has a "no heat issue" (its -10 out) I ask for an emergency no heat call, since I was blown off twice for this I figured it would somehow be prioritized, nope. Answer: sorry cannot make it we are booked out. It matters not the size of the place (not a "tiny house" - a 1BR small residence FYI) Electric heaters would NOT handle -10 below. Zero Integrity and consistency. You don't think its odd to be set aside like this for a no heat issue then you have one and its not a priority at all? I do.
