However his normal barber has moved shops and due to long waits Jesse took my brother today and absolutely botched his hair. Like it's so bad he has chunks of hair missing and the cut this time was uneven and just messy overall. He's too busy being loud talking to everyone and not paying attention to who he has in his chair and it's disappointing because for a barber shop with such good ratings you would think he'd take a bit more pride in his work considering that's HIS shop.
