I've been bringing my brother here for a minute because of their barber Arian who did a GREAT job with my brother's hair and always made him look clean and sharp for his tournaments. However, the owner Jesse has cut his hair previously and honestly not a fan but it wasn't necessarily bad but he wouldn't get the haircut right for my brother. However his normal barber has moved shops and due to long waits Jesse took my brother today and absolutely botched his hair. Like it's so bad he has chunks of hair missing and the cut this time was uneven and just messy overall. He's too busy being loud talking to everyone and not paying attention to who he has in his chair and it's disappointing because for a barber shop with such good ratings you would think he'd take a bit more pride in his work considering that's HIS shop. It sucks that he was so careless and sloppy with my brothers hair since he has a tournament he's leaving for tomorrow so now he's scrambling to find another barber shop to squeeze him in to fix the mess that Jesse made of his head. Buyer beware. I wanted to like this place so I could get a haircut at a cool place. As a first time WALK IN, you would think they would take there time to make sure you'll come back. Basted on my head and a mirror,...not so much. The guy who cut my hair was a chatty kathy, talking to everyone in the room and not paying attention to my hair. He had his tongue hanging out like Michael Jordan going for the hoop and swinging the razor back and forth like a ninja. Zip, Zap, Zip,... you are done. Then sprayed my hair with something similar to glue and combed it straight back like I'm Charlie Sheen in the movie Wall Street. My neck had a small cut on it and I now have bangs with the top of my hair longer than the rest. So it looks like he was right, I'll be spraying it down and slicking it back until it grows out. read more

I've always had long hair, but Jessie saw damage to my hair. He recommended that I cut it down, I to cut it all off. He had the pleasure of doing that. i've known Jessie for about six years or more. He's the only I go to. Not a lot of barbers enjoy cutting hair, I believe I'm the only female hair that Jessie cuts. Trying to get more females to go, I'm a feminine tomboy. So I have a certain style that I like to go with. And always knocks it the park! He's friendly, he's amazing! yes, he has other barbers there, but I only prefer him! I've tried to get haircuts from other close friends of mine. But they act scared or they don't know how to cut it properly. not afraid to cut my hair at all. I love the style and I love how he cuts it. He works with you on the style. I now have my brother going to him, and my brother used to go to his homeboy, but his homeboy is now out of state. He was super cool ,but unfortunately, he didn't cut my hair at all the way I wanted, nor was it even , completely chop my hair , I am not one to write reviews but this guy destroyed my hair .I am not sure why there are so many 5-star must be friends writing them. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jesse for the first time. I called in at around 11am to see if he had an early afternoon spot, and he accommodated his lunch plans to help me out with my schedule. When I got there, he greeted me with such a friendly and familiar energy, like I had been a long-time client. In terms of the style that I wanted, he helped me figure out something that works for my hair type, and I am beyond satisfied with my updated look. This isn't your modern day barbershop with all the hype and inflated prices, instead it feels like I'm lounging in my uncle's living room with quality conversation and a quality fresh cut. Jose didn't hesitate to take me on even though they were fifteen minutes away from closing and he was barely starting on another client. I highly recommend this barber shop! Specifically Jesse. I've been here twice now but yesterday was my first time being cut up by him and I was thoroughly impressed. I've been looking all over for this kind of barber and I'm very thankful that I decided to try this shop again because after my first cut (that was done by someone else) I didn't think I would return. In the day & age where barbers are charging $30-$40 for a haircut for mediocre service, Jesse is a breath of fresh air (as corny as that sounds) because he "gets it" and although he is significantly cheaper, with the excellent service he provides he'll make you want to pay him that much! I guarantee you won't find a barber like him ANYWHERE. Give him a call and schedule an appointment and be sure to BRING CASH! This place looks great but the barber is not. While getting a haircut he kept stepping away to text, to take calls, and to talk to his friend. A 15 minute haircut was stretched over 45 minutes. The cut itself was not good either. There were a bunch of random hairs he missed, the lineup on the back of the neck was crooked, the sideburns were uneven. Sorry but if I'm paying this much for a haircut I want it to be good. read more

I walked in here on Tuesday afternoon and there was one person waiting to get his haircut. I was instantly greeted And was told he (Jesse) was eating lunch and would start working in a bit. I had no problem and assumed it would take a good 30-60 minutes until I would get helped. To my surprise he finished his lunch very quickly and was up and cutting the guy who waiting. In about 30 minutes from me arriving I was already in the Chair getting my haircut. Jesse is a great barber. I wanted to change it up a bit and explained to him what I wanted. He suggested what I could do and I went for it. He did a great job. I thought it was still long from the sides and told him if he could cut it a bit more, he had no problem at all. He really wants to make sure you leave with a perfect haircut and that you are satisfied no matter what it takes. To me that is excellent customer service. That alone earned his business 5 stars. On top of all that his prices were affordable. No $30 cuts for mediocre outcomes. He makes sure you get your money's worth and then some. This will now be my go to place! read more
