I was thankful for his honesty and appreicate that he wanted me to get the very best outcome. I then scheduled with Jen and she was like a bright lil sunshine. We cut off the 10 inches and it was so fun deciding what to do with it next. She truly knows hair and is very high level professional. I will be back! It was lovely to see the stylists have assistants to help them with each client, as if they were the only ones in the store. Plus the complimentary beverages were offered to both me and my niece, which was super awesome! I got the "Brad Pitt" latte, which was tasty! My niece didn't partake, but that was ok. Once she was done, payment was easy and my niece said her hair felt and looked amazing! She actually wanted to know what products were used in her hair (when they did the complimentary shampoo and rinse) because she said it was so soft! I'll definitely be back!
