I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chan and his team and am absolutely thrilled with my results! I had a chin implant with submental liposuction and ultherapy with Dr. Chan November of last year. I had two consultations, one with Dr. Chan's assistant Yvonne, and another with Dr. Chan 2 weeks before my surgery date. Both Yvonne and Dr. Chan listened attentively to my concerns and desired results before recommending treatment options. I was previously recommended a neck lift by another surgeon, and Yvonne advised that that wouldn't be necessary to achieve the results I was looking for. I really appreciated her honesty since it saved me from a much more invasive procedure as well as additional cost! Dr. Chan was also incredibly patient and thorough in answering my (many) questions. He listened attentively and asked clarifying questions to make sure we were on the same page about what I was looking for. He also showed me some chin implant samples so we could work together in choosing the best shape size for my anatomy.   The procedures themselves were incredibly quick and virtually painless - I underwent all 3 procedures in one visit under light sedation. Shae, who performed ultherapy on my chin and neck, was so kind and knowledgeable. The ultherapy was only slightly uncomfortable as my pain meds hadn't fully kicked in yet, but the pain was still very minimal and manageable. Shae made friendly conversation the whole time and made sure I was comfortable. Next, Dr. Chan performed my submental liposuction and chin implant surgery. He was again very careful to make sure I wasn't in any pain and gave additional lidocaine shots when necessary. From start to finish, all 3 procedures took under an hour, which I attribute to the team's skill and experience.   Recovery was easy and uneventful. I was able to return to work the day after my surgery (I primarily WFH), as I didn't need any prescription pain meds after the first day and felt surprisingly normal. I was visibly swollen and bruised for the first week or so but felt absolutely no pain. In my experience, the worst parts of recovery were wearing the compression garment and sleeping slightly upright - which isn't bad at all! I returned to in-office work after about a week with some concealer to hide the remaining bruising, and while I thought I still looked a little odd at that point, none of my coworkers made any comments. All visible swelling and bruising were completely gone within two weeks.   Lastly, I am in love with my results - I have always been a bit insecure about my weak chin and wanted a stronger jawline and slimmer neck. Dr. Chan knocked it out of the park by giving me the definition I was looking for while still looking incredibly natural and complementing my existing features. I still look like myself, but more 'balanced' and attractive version of myself! My only regret is not starting the process sooner. I would highly recommend Dr. Chan and Reviance to anyone interested in a chin implant or facial cosmetic surgery in general. read more

Shae and Jessica are very skilled estheticians and Yvonne Troutman, patient coordinator is always available to help you if need be. Yvonne strives very hard to make every patient comfortable. Dr. Haena Kim is the surgeon I see and she is so much more than just a plastic surgeon. First, she is brilliant. Needless to say , she would not be at Reviance is she were not highly skilled and her attention to detail exceptional. After my first procedure with her I felt so much better about myself that I nearly cried. She is very warm and very patient. She listens to me and my concerns. I never feel rushed. When I ask about an issue or procedure she explains everything clearly and why it might be a good idea or not a good idea. What I love most about her is her sense of humor and endearing laugh. a few years ago this doctor performed an operation to increase the chin and lift the lower part of the face, after a month I saw a terrible result, but he said that it takes more time for a better result, a year later I came and he said that he would redo it, but I have to pay for the implant once again, I was outraged that he ruined my face and was still asking for money, and at that moment I had no extra money ... all this time it really depressed me and I came a few years later and asked him to remove, he refused me, saying that everything had grown too late and sent me to another doctor, but no one wants to correct the mistakes of other doctors .. and finally I found someone who would remove this shame for me, and when I saw what he put on me I was shocked, the implant was crooked and cut off on both sides, that's why it stuck out like that, and I didn't let anyone touch my face ... in general, my torment ended and I kept remembering the doctor who did not help but hurt ... read more

I saw Dr. Chan in November 2019 for 4 procedures on the same day. I am a 50 year old woman who had liposuction on my neck/chin plus ultherapy to help lift and tighten my sagging skin after the liposuction. I also did the IPL laser treatment to help with my brown spots and broken capillaries. Lastly, I had the CO2 laser treatment to remove a large, brown flat mole from my temple. Full results for the liposuction and ultherapy procedures are definitely somewhat noticeable immediately but total results are 6 months to a year. The best part is that the liposuction is PERMANENT (unless you gain weight)! I have already received compliments from people who noticed something more youthful about me but didn't know what I had done. THAT'S the sign of superior results!! I am SO excited to see the full results in time! Besides my complete enthusiasm for the procedures, the staff are amazing, friendly, professional and accommodating! I went to Reviance to work on the major scarring on my face due to years of horrible acne. In my dealings with them I felt they were very informative and compassionate of my feelings. This issue is really hard for me since your face is the first thing people see when they look at you. They explained to me that treating acne, scars in general is hard to treat and improvement may mean several types of treatments and there are no guarantees. I appreciated their honestly. I went to a different doctor before Reviance and that doctor basically said there was no hope for me! I have now had several types of treatments, including in office surgery and the results so far are outstanding. My face has improved significantly. My acne scaring has softened, plus my foundation goes on so much smoother!!! Most importantly, I look in the mirror and don't feel like I need to hide my face. Anyone with acne will understand this! Everyones skin is different which means that results may vary and they made it clear treating acne scaring takes time but I would tell any of my girlfriends to go to Reviance for any of their services. I had a microdermabrasion done on my face on Tuesday with the estetichian Kayla and it was absolutely amazing. I have had trouble with my skin for a long time and was nervous about having this done. As a breast cancer survivor who had bilateral mastectomies with multiple attempts at reconstruction, I have seen way more plastic surgeons than I ever wanted. I too have had procedures by Dr Chan and they have turned out beautifully! I have been nothing but pleased with the results. Part of these procedures included injectable's and I have no lumps, but perfectly smoothed out skin. In fact, within the last 60 days I have been told that I appear to be aging in reverse - by people that have no idea that I went to see a plastic surgeon. (that is a HUGE compliment!) I was deeply concerned about marionatte lines around my mouth, that were pretty intense. The procedures that Dr. Chan recommended (and carried out) have all but erased the lines completely.
