They kept my car for 4 days. I rented a vehicle while they worked on my it. They gave the car back to me not 100% the problem was solved. I was charged about $800 pretty much for a tune up because all they did was replace the plugs and change a filter. 2 weeks later. Exact same problem with my Volvo. Brought it back, they still couldn't figure out the problem, after keeping it two more days...never even bothered to call me...I had to call them. So, $1200 later, because the rent-a-car from the previous time they had the car cost me about $400., the car is the same. Don't claim to be a specialist if you can't solve the problem in the first place.

He was great to talk to and explained the process to me and why it wouldn't be all that easy to do based on the type of car I have. Very friendly, informative and helpful. Since then I have started bringing my car to them every time it needs so much as an oil change. They are near my work, so I can drop it off in the morning and pick it up at the end of the day. They are always more than fair on the pricing, and even put in parts that I had purchased previously for my brakes, when I thought my husband was going to fix them. Great advise about the little things I can do to prevent future problems as well. I trust these guys explicitly. From the very beginning, I felt I was in good hands. Paulo, the manager, responded to my Yelp inquiry almost immediately. He was professional, kind, and attentive. I felt a strong sense of trust that he genuinely cared about my car and my safety. When I arrived at the shop, Paulo was just as professional and kind in person. He made me feel confident in my choice to use to D&G Auto Repair. After I left my car, he followed up via text with an estimated bill before starting any work, which gave me peace of mind and control over the process. Drove to a gas station that didn't have an air pressure measure wound up pumping too much air in the wrong tire, I was a mess. Was driving around and saw this place had an air pump so pulled in. Sam and one of his mechanics saw me trying to let air out of my tire. They were like mam the air thing isn't on lol! I said I know! They were so kind. Took out their digital air pressure measure, just very kind. They didn't have to help me but did. They got the alarm off, tpm reset and didn't charge me for anything.
