Mom and pop joint, and the owner here is incredibly nice! The chicken melt was hot and fresh and seasoned well, and the avocado was good quality. We came at around lunch time, and the owner gave us free donut holes! Their place is really clean as well! Everyone in my group loved their food, we got the tuna, chicken melts, a few donuts, and a mango smoothie, definitely worth a stop. read more

Look, these folks seem nice enough. But this place is NOT a "deli". This is a mom and pop fast food restaurant. If you order a melt, are they grilling the sandwich, putting it on a Panini press or a flat top? No, they're sticking it in the microwave. Are they making the chicken in house? No, this is pre-cooked Aramark stuff. And even if the result is pretty sad looking (see the picture of my chicken melt), it's not the worst sandwich in the world - but a deli, this isn't. I love bringing my business to mom and pop restaurants, but I'd rather spend my money at places where they're actually making the food themselves. (Like Mike's deli on Slauson, or Orleans & York!) But that's just me. You could do worse - and it's true, this area doesn't have a lot of options. But these guys could also do a bit better, and I wish them well and hope they do. read more

We stumbled upon this coffee shop this morning. We ordered a ham and cheese croissant, vanilla and caramel frappe and a vanilla ice coffee. Everything was delicious and fresh! Food and service were amazing!! It was so good we came 2 days in a row. I ordered the mexicano chipotle bagel and my boyfriend ordered the Black Forest ham croissant sandwich. And today we ordered the chicken and a turkey wrap and both were huge portions. I also grabbed a smoothie and I felt so rejuvenated. Amazing people, and a very clean space. They also sell donuts! I ordered their steak torta, hazel nut iced coffee, & a bag of jalapeño potato chips. The steak in the torta was tender & flavorful, the veggies were fresh, and the bread was soft & warm. The iced coffee initially had too much creamer for my taste, but the staff gladly remade it for me. My whole meal cost $16 which nowadays, is reasonable. My belly is happy & full. I'd definitely come back for the food & service. Iced donuts are sweet but not over exaggerated. Chocolate donuts are on point. Their Apple fritters are excellent. Randy's, IMO, are a true artesian Apple Fritter. Whereas Super Donut House's Apple fritter is a freshly baked, crisp, crunchy around the edges, with the right amount of apples and gooey doughy texture which reminds me of my first taste of a Apple fritter from my childhood. Their Ciabatta breakfast sandos are amazing and unique to a typical donut shop. Their coffee is a. Classic Drip Coffee, from a time before these baristas were even a word here in the USA. If you love local donut shops, you gotta try this house, they're Super!!!

His attitude and lack of attentiveness really take away from the experience. Honestly, he needs to work on his customer service and the way he treats customers.

Secondly, the food was really good. Sometimes you crave something and once you get it, it doesn't taste how you want it to taste this grilled ham and cheese was perfect the bread was perfectly toasted and It was buttery. The cheese was good. It was definitely a 10 out of 10. I've passed by the burger stand hundreds of times and this is my first time trying it. The first impression was very good. I think I'll be back to try more things on the menu in the future.
