First, we were quickly greeted and asked to select our table (since they were not that busy). Since there was only two of us, we picked a table for two. But, after we decided that we would split an appetizer and an entree, the table for two became way to small way too quickly. Geovani jumped right on this, suggesting we move to a larger table. He helped us move everything over and, voila, we were able to stretch out and relax and enjoy our meal. We started with the pear and blue cheese salad and, wow, we could have just ordered this, split it, and we would have been full. Very flavorful, generous portion that is definitely big enough to share. We also ordered the Sausage & Leek Fettuccine and I was definitely not thinking. Totally forgetting that leeks are part of the onion family (and I have a sensativity to onions). Once the dish arrive, I immediately noticed the similarity and was slowly trying to pick them away from my portion. Once again, Geovani came to our rescue. He asked how everything was and I told him I made a mistake (noted above). He quickly volunteered to have the kitchen make it again without the leeks. I asked, "Are you sure?", and he immediately said yes and removed the dish. Very shortly after, he returned with the "onion sterile" dish and it was wonderful. Both of us were so full you could have rolled us out the door. Good thing the parking garage is so close so we could just hop in our car and go home. Time to loosen the belt! ;) In a week where we have had some personal issues, it was so nice to be treated so well and received such a great tasting meal. They greet you when you arrive and also say goodbye when you leave, which I really appreciate. They have a separate kids menu with plenty of options. The overall menu is diverse as well. It's not just breakfast, but also tacos, pancakes, sandwiches, and salads. My go-to dish is the Original Loaded Hash Browns. It's really delicious and the portion size is just right. I also tried the Cobb salad with added chicken. It was fresh, but the dressing was a bit heavy and slightly salty.
