Every time I come in, even when the salon is completely empty, the first thing I'm asked is, "Do you have an appointment?" I genuinely don't understand when walk-ins are actually accepted if an empty salon still requires an appointment. More importantly, I specifically asked for a cleanup. To me, that means removing the excess hair above and below my brows while keeping my existing shape. Instead, my entire shape was changed, including my arch and tails. That is absolutely not what I asked for, and I'm extremely annoyed because eyebrows take time to grow back. There also seemed to be a communication barrier. I had difficulty feeling confident that what I was requesting was fully understood, and unfortunately the end result confirmed that concern. If a client asks for a cleanup, please clarify exactly what they want before significantly changing the shape of their eyebrows. I've been a regular customer, which makes this even more disappointing. I came in expecting my usual cleanup and walked out with brows I did not ask for. I used to like them when I first started coming here, about a year ago. I always had this one lady who did an amazing job, and just knew how to shape my eyebrows to fit perfectly with my face. I made the mistake of not getting her name, because after a few months, I stopped seeing her in there. There's this one girl who does a horrible job, and even nicks me after she thins out my eyebrows to the point where It looks like I have eyebrow alopecia or something. How the hell do you nick someone with thread???!! Now, everytime I come here I get this girl. Then, there's another girl in there who doesn't want to take me for some reason. This same girl has skipped over me three times, quite blatantly and deliberately. I just stopped bothering with them altogether. read more

today was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded here! even though there were two ladies already getting theirs done, I was quickly helped immediately upon walking in! the entire process didn't take much time at all (aprox 10mins) and I was asked/reassured multiple times about how I was liking them, making sure I would get what I wanted. everyone working was extremely friendly, the atmosphere as a whole was pleasant, clean and nice. their pricing was awesome, just in my budget ($9 for brows, but make sure you tip! this is a service!) This place is by far the best I've found and the cheapest! $8 for eyebrows! And they speak English so they actually understand me when I tell them to keep my brows thick and how I want them styled! Idk what the other person on here experienced cause thin ugly eyebrows happens to me everywhere else but from the first time I went here they have done nothing but the best!!! I have no complaints about her and I love her store and her vibes she is amazing. you should definitely get your eyebrows done with her. but when I went recently another girl did them, somebody I had never seen before and it hurt so bad, more than usual. She didn't do anything I asked for either. I disliked my eyebrows so much I went somewhere else to do them which caused me to thin them out way more than I have them. And I hate to put business down but 2 days later my skin is bleeding by my eye and it's irritated and Im getting bumps all over my forehead and it literally hurts when I touch it. if you see another girl besides the owner working just walk away and come back another day.
