I had stains and marks on both my front and back seats from water/drink spills and Sebastian was able to take all of them out! Some of them were nearly 2 years old and had settled in my seats. Sebastian was responsive and very professional throughout all communications. Even when my seats could not fully dry due to cold weather, he offered another service and they dried PERFECTLY! I am very satisfied with my clean seats. I have already recommended him to several people and will continue to do so! read more

I'm not surprised Sebastian has pure 5/5 star reviews. The amount of care and effort he puts into your vehicle to make sure it's clean before he leaves is second to none. [[ Highlights ]] 1.) Sebastian responds super quickly to the "Yelp Quote" system for projects. I believe I got a response within 10 minutes with follow-up questions on what needs to be done. Really appreciate the timeliness. 2.) Sebastian was on-time when he arrived at my place to clean the interior of my car. He respects your time. 3.) Sebastian spent 5 hours detailing the interior of my car which is 4 years old and had TONS of dog hair, sunscreen, stains etc. The pictures don't do it justice but the interior basically feels like a brand new car again. Really dedicated service to making sure the car is done correctly and no cutting of corners. 4.) You can either bring your car to his location or pay a fee to have the service done at your place. It was my first time getting a interior detail since I've bought my car! Which was unfortunately around 5-6 years ago. I havent taken good care of my car and wanted to get a deep clean so I checked around on Yelp and S&S was the first to respond. He was very clear on the services provided and prices. I also liked that he responded quickly and continued to be communicative during the whole process. There wasn't any confusion on anything and he was super friendly. He had a great attitude despite my car being a total mess . All you have to do is drop off your car and pick it up whenever its ready so its simple and easy. Oh my car was such a HOT MESS! With 3 kids and their crushed up gold fish, spilled milk, and dirty little fingers all over everything, I was about to give up on it ever being clean. Until i turned to Yelp to find an interior detailer! Look no further! Sebastian is the BEST! Awesome communication, with the most competitive price, came on time to my house (being mobile was such a big plus), wore his mask while cleaning the whole 4 + hours (during COVID), and got every single nook and cranny in the car. I brought my car here this past week and Sebastian did an AMAZING job. My car was filled with dog hair, dog drool, and all the grossness of 2020. I was genuinely nervous because people claim to be able to remove chunky pit bull hair but then tell me later it didn't work. This was not the case. My car looks like it's brand new! Everything is beautiful and shiny like when I drove it off the lot. He managed to get ever nook, cranny, and crevice of the car. Even the side of the seat- you where all the crumbs go to hide and never be found? There! I would definitely recommend him. He responded quickly to messages and broke down the price in detail. Great service! I needed to get my car cleaned last minute and Sebastian was willing to accommodate my schedule. Thank you! I had neglected my car for a long time and it was time to get it detailed. Sebastian was able to get some stains on my seats off that had been there for years! I tried multiple times to get the stains out myself but I never succeeded, but he did! Very responsive, great rates and reviews but wanted to $40 Zelle payment in advance to book an appointment which was not disclosed after I moved my schedule around to accommodate him, I'm sure he does good work but I'm not sure if he has a business license no website, works from home, and wants $40 upfront, this just did not feel comfortable to me. I had splotches of semi-hardened tree sap stuck to my car that I wasn't able to get off myself. I was SO worried I'd do damage by trying to rub it off (I had tried goo gone and detailing spray with no success), so I reached out to S&S for a quote. Thank you Sebastian! I meant to write a review weeks ago but I forgot. Anyways! I reached to S&S Auto Spa a little over a month ago for a full interior and exterior detailing on my Honda HRV. Sebastian responded with a quote very quickly. He's very punctual and kept me updated about any additional things he found that I may want to get cleaned/fixed. The end result was AMAZING!! I didn't want to drive my car right away just so it stays clean (I have dogs who love to leave their mark by leaving a lot of hair). I live with 3 roommates and they each came home towards the end of the detailing and they were extremely impressed. They asked for first impression estimates. The seats looked stained, there was dust and dirt, the cup holder was sticky (with a couple of coins melded into the tray). It FELT dirty getting into it. I dropped off the car with one of the staff named Silverio. He took a look, gave me a great quote, and let me know I could come back in a few hours. When I arrived to pick up the car, I did a double take. It looked familiar, but the interior looked BRAND NEW. I genuinely don't know how he did it. He event cleaned under the trunk, where the spare tire is kept. When I surprised my mom, she was also in shock. The car now feels clean and comfortable, and there wasn't a huge chemical small. Before my Porsche Panamera even arrived, I spent weeks researching paint protection film (PPF),…read moreceramic coating, and detailing shops throughout the Bay Area. As someone who had waited months for a custom-ordered Porsche, I knew I wanted to protect the car from day one and wasn't willing to trust it to just anyone. I researched, visited, or spoke with nearly ten different shops before making my decision. Some were significantly cheaper. Some promised much faster turnaround times. Many claimed they could deliver the same result. Between the PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, windshield protection film, interior protection, and other treatments, my project represented an investment of nearly $20,000. At that level, I wasn't looking for the cheapest option--I was looking for the highest level of craftsmanship. One thing that stood out during my research was that many Bay Area shops quoted anywhere from 20% to 50% less than Supreme Detailworks. At first glance, that gets your attention. However, many of those same shops also quoted completion times that were only one-third or even one-quarter of the time James estimated for essentially the same scope of work. That immediately raised a red flag for me. When someone claims they can do the same work for far less money and in a fraction of the time, I start asking questions. The more I learned about Supreme Detailworks' process--paint preparation, component removal, edge wrapping, tucked installations, and quality control--the more I understood where that extra time was going. It wasn't inefficiency. It was attention to detail. I also compared Supreme Detailworks against one of the highly respected PPF shops in the Chicago area that is nationally known for premium installations. To my surprise, James' pricing was very similar. And even if I had chosen the Chicago shop, shipping the car there and back would have added roughly another $5,000 in transportation costs alone, not to mention additional time and logistics. Having that level of craftsmanship available right here in the Bay Area made the decision much easier. For my Panamera, James and his team installed PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, front windshield protection film, protection for the headlights and glass roof, interior PPF for the gloss black trim, and matte protection for all touchscreen surfaces, including the digital instrument cluster. The result is so seamless that several of my friends couldn't even tell my Panamera had PPF installed. In fact, I had to physically show them where to look and where to touch before they realized the vehicle was protected. That's how clean and invisible the installation is. What impressed me most was that James never tried to upsell me. Instead, he took the time to explain the different options and recommend what made the most sense for how I planned to use the car. One thing many people don't realize is that the true quality of a PPF installation is found in the details--the edges, seams, corners, and difficult areas where shortcuts are often taken. James and his team don't take shortcuts. They carefully remove and disassemble components when necessary to ensure the film is properly wrapped and hidden wherever possible. After investing nearly $20,000 in protection, the last thing I wanted was visible seams, lifted edges, or obvious installation lines. Supreme Detailworks delivered exactly what I was hoping for: a fully protected vehicle that still looks completely factory original. Another thing prospective customers should know is that Supreme Detailworks is almost always busy. There is usually a waiting list, and scheduling requires patience. If you're looking for the fastest shop in town, this may not be the place for you. If you're looking for the cheapest shop in town, this definitely isn't the place for you. But if you're looking for a team that refuses to rush the process and treats your vehicle as if it were their own, the wait is absolutely worth it. During my visits, I regularly saw Ferraris, Lamborghinis, McLarens, Maseratis, Porsches, Mercedes-Benz, BMWs, Audis, Land Rovers, Lexus vehicles, Teslas, and many other enthusiast cars in the shop. Seeing that lineup gave me additional confidence that I had chosen the right place. After seeing the finished result on my Porsche, I can honestly say my expectations were exceeded. And if you're looking for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a team that treats your vehicle as if it were their own, Supreme Detailworks is hard to beat. Positives: - The rear trunk and carpets were nicely vacuumed. - Both the carpet and all-weather floor mats were cleaned thoroughly. - The doors appeared properly detailed. - The milkshake spill on the rear seat was partially addressed. Negatives: - The carpet floor mats were still damp at pickup, which risks mold growth. - Despite being "Premium" interior detailing, the rear seats were not entirely clean; you can still see milkshake residue in the perforations of the leather. - The plastic around the climate control and steering column seems to have been scrubbed with an abrasive pad or brush, leaving deep scratches that will be difficult to buff out. - The windows were not cleaned, and the head unit, gauge cluster, dashboard, and sunglasses holder were untouched--dust was still visible in those areas. - My USB-C charger, which was plugged in when I dropped the car off, went missing. Overall, I believe this detailing shop should seriously consider overhauling its packages to better align with the prices charged. For instance, a $200 "Premium Interior Detailing" should include a complete interior wipe-down (including all windows and surfaces) rather than nickel-and-diming customers for basic services. As it stands, you only get exactly what's listed, leaving much to be desired for a so-called "premium" package.

I had them do a the annual service which included the following: 1) Full hand car wash 2) Clay bar treatment 3) Wheels cleaned and tires dressed 4) Door jambs cleaned and interior vacuumed 5) Ceramic Pro Sport applied to all exterior services This treatment cost me $300 - WELL WORTH IT! For those who want to save a few dollars you can take out #4 and it would be $250 (I was told). I highly recommend these guys, I will take my 2011 E-350 there to get the coating done next. I mentioned, and even showed you pictures in person with date stamps, that those smudges were there prior to my service and wheel repair, and prior to bringing it to you guys. Date stamps on these pictures are from June 1st, which I showed you. These were not done by my the service or wheel repair team. I cleaned my car right after I picked it up and it was the same, minus the smudges that were there prior. Smudges were on top, side doors, trunk, hood, all over the car. I clean my car at home myself and know exactly what's there.

Since the car is black, it required additional surface prep to get the finish right, so it would be ready the following day instead. I appreciated that he prioritized quality over rushing the job. When I picked up the car the next day, I was genuinely impressed. The car looked better than new. The finish was glass-like. Before, the paint was in decent shape overall, but it had a lot of fine lines and swirl marks. Those are now completely gone. The plastic trim had also started to show some age, and now it looks restored, conditioned, and protected. As an extra touch, Jorge also detailed the engine bay. The whole car now looks incredible inside and out. I feel I received outstanding value for the money, and I would highly recommend Jorge and his team.

He event cleaned under the trunk, where the spare tire is kept. When I surprised my mom, she was also in shock. The car now feels clean and comfortable, and there wasn't a huge chemical small. You would guess than it's probably 1 minute per dollar, but it's actually 13 seconds per quarter, or 52 seconds per dollar! They don't disclose this which feels scummy. In addition, they "no longer take quarters" but I believe this is really just a way to get more money from people paying cash-any leftover money is just a free loan you're giving the car wash. In addition, the owner is totally a bully. He will respond to people's posts in an abusive and belittling fashion, which is extremely unprofessional. People complain (rightfully) about being overcharged on their credit cards (since the cost per minute isn't posted this makes sense) and he insults them in response. The quality of the car wash is fine, I guess. I think it's very hard to mess up (it's just water and soap). I would not come here again if there was a different car wash in the area! Think twice if you can wash at home or somewhere else!

I appreciated him not trying to upsell me on a more extensive cleaning since the car is practically brand new. His team, led by Eric, arrived on time and got down to business.
