As I'm new to the city, I put in a search on yelp and was contacted by multiple mechanics nearby (I'm in Jackson Heights) and requested a quote for pricing--both parts and labor, as well as the turnaround time--and Aegean was by far the best all-around. They were right on top of the correspondence, going back-and-forth with all of the details promptly and were able to secure the part, take in and run full diagnostics on my vehicle, and make the necessary repairs (including securing a new battery which I did not originally have as part of my request) within hours. We started talking around noon or so, and by 5:30, I was on my way home with everything done. They also tipped me off to some other work that I was going to need on the car in the near future regarding the tires, telling me exactly when and why I should be pursuing that work and justifying the need by showing me the tread markings as opposed to just simply claiming work needs to be done like some shops will do. You can tell they are not just about the bottom line, but really want to help out and retain their customers by presenting quality work to be done at the best price possible, which again is rare for a mechanic. These guys definitely just became my new go-to shop for anything in the future, and they guarantee their work in case there's ever a problem going forward. Looking forward to having someone to call without the hassle of searching around in the future, and would 100% recommend to anyone needing a solid mechanic/shop they can actually trust.

Great and efficient service…read more I came by during non-busy hours (around 3:00pm) and parked in front of the driveway. The tire shop is an open area with no doors but the service counter section is closed off by plexiglass so you have to knock on it. The staff member saw me right away so he opened the side door before I got to the plexiglass. I told him I had a nail in the right passenger tire. He pulled off the tire and noticed it right away. I requested that the patch should be patched from the inside rather than outside (these were special instructions from the Sears guy). So the staff let me know it would be 13 bucks to patch. I was like "cool". They have a very small waiting room off to your right; it's very secluded and closed off by door. I guess so the room can retain the heat since it was cold. He fixed the tire literally in ten minutes. And also, it wasn't that busy so maybe that's why he was able to finish so fast. I also tipped as well; the staff was very easy to work with and very nice too. I plan not to have any more tire problems but if I do, I would definitely come back here.

They are conveniently located near the 59th Street bridge/off Northern Blvd. They also don't mind working on late model cars and my Volvo S70 is kept in good repair, though on more than one occasion the guys at BKM have given me solid advice & saved me money on repairs not needed. That is a rare attribute in a car repair shop and is why I trust them. They went the extra mile for me on more than one occasion, fixing a part rather than replacing it. Plus being a dog-friendly shop means I bring my pup to hang out in the waiting room while they work. If you need work done by an honest shop, you can't go wrong here. When he picked up his car from a mechanic named Shorty after having an engine installed it was stuck in sports mode. Definitely, not running right. The mechanic Shorty told him to keep driving the car and it would correct itself. Thanking the Creator that he took it to Roger. My nephew picked up his vehicle and he was so happy with how smoothly his car drives now. Come to find put the other mechanic (Shorty) did not attach parts correctly and lied about replacing parts.
