After reaching out on Yelp, the gents here set me up in the system for a 7:30AM appointment (I was waiting with the car). Amazingly clean waiting room (and super comfy chairs). Free WiFi, free coffee and tea. And incredibly nice service! And the best part? Car was done in an hour (the original thought was 90 minutes) and was done perfectly. My winter tires were bagged up (again, these little touches mean a lot to me) and were really well-placed back inside my car. Great service and these guys will get my business going forward!

Then I brought my own car in for new tires, and now three out of the four tire sensors are malfunctioning, which was never an issue before. I've had enough. I've dealt with the manager most of the time, and it's a shame because I used to trust them and spent a lot of money there. I am the lucky owner of a VW GLI which comes stock with 18 inch rims and low profile tires. The combination of potholes the size of craters and low profile tires leads to plenty of car repairs. I have been through six tires and four rims. Needless to say, my car was in need of a major alignment. The guys at Circle Brake did a great job. I was in and out in less than an hour and my car feels great. The best part was that they did not try to up sell me into a four wheel alignment when a front wheel alignment was good enough. I respect that type of honesty I'm always skeptical when it comes to automotive repair shops but I highly recommend this place and will bring my other cars here.
