Very fair prices, I got quoted double the price for the work I needed at another shop. I will go here from now on.

It's the only place I take my car for repairs. Honest & reliable! Don't get that at most other places

I have been to VIP several times for general inspections/oil changes, etc. and it is about average…read more The staff is often disconnected, want to get you in and out so they can move on to the next customer. On two occasions here I was left standing in the front for over 5 minutes with no one to greet me or tell me I would be helped soon, etc. I've also found that it takes longer for an oil change here than most other places and there are no real "value added" services.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE…read more The customer service and professionalism are very much nonexistent. My husband and I both bring our vehicles there for maintenance until what happened on 8/2. Howard Witherspoon who is supposed to be the "manager" took a scheduled oil change for 3pm he called at 3:49pm to let us know it was done. We told him we were on our way. We have 3 kids to get together and get ready to go get the other vehicle back. Howard called back at 3:58 and said "hey just so you know we close at 4pm" my husband told him we were already on our way. We arrived at 4:06 the door was locked and not a single employee was in sight. They kept the keys to our vehicle and left us without our company truck, and my husband had to lose time at work to go sort this out the next day. We were left without access to a vehicle we use on the daily and still needed for the rest of the evening. When he got their Monday am he was told that they don't wait for anyone and he stayed till 4:05 and that he didn't care because his shift was over. Still charged us over $120 for our oil change and told my husband he was never allowed back in. Also to add they got oil all over the front of the truck. Not only did they lose two customers and vehicles we brought there on the regular, but the lack of compassion and professionalism is beyond me. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from here.

The second time we went for tires on our sports car. Our original appointment had to be delayed a few days due to a delay in our car being added to pour insurance policy for the summer (can't drive in winter). they were gracious and moved our appointment no problem. They were gracious and even asked me to come back in a few days to check that everything is going well. the building is rough, sure, but it's a tire shop. I don't need a fancy store to buy my tires, I just want good customer service.

Management seems to change based on previous reviews mentioning different manager names. Scary bunch of guys working there, one reminds me of Shaggy from Scooby Doo (dim bulb). Turn around time on jobs is very long. Management parks their cars in 2 of the 4 bays, why? Guy that is allowed to work register has personality of a dead fish. Ok , now about the rat infestation. Seems that above the false ceiling and in roof insulation has been home to many a rat. So much so that the rat feces piled up on false ceiling and was dropping into store. That includes the waiting area! Was asked to wait outside during my cars service (didn't need to be asked twice). Whole ceiling is opened up. No one wearing masks (including guys cleaning/repairing the damage). So just maybe, the long wait, terrible attitudes and service and parking in service bays was due to the current rat epidemic going on there? And who is this Monro Service replying to Tire Warehouse comments? I did see a van in parking lot for them ("enquiring minds want to know").

I asked if they could take a look at it. I think they gave it priority and got us back on the road quickly. They would not accept any payment saying that were glad to help. I was looking for a used truck and they happened to trade for one that we both knew was perfect for…read moreme. They knew this and therefore felt they did not have to try to earn my business. In fact, if the truck was not what I wanted, I would have left and never returned. The truck was in the shop on a rack when they showed it to me. I walked around the truck, and they explained what was being repaired. While walking around the truck I saw a scratch in the bed, and I asked if they could have someone touch that up for me. They made it sound to my wife and I that they would. We said cool. They appraised my trade, and they told me the amount. They did not come off the price of theirs at all when they presented the numbers. I told them we are close, but I think we are $2000 apart can we make that up somewhere. The salesman pulled out this stupid piece of paper that said, we make buying easy here and make it easy for you. (Paraphrased a little there but you get the point.) So, the easy way is for you to bow down, pay their asking price, and take what you get for your trade. No discussion, no handling objections, no sales skill whatsoever. Just shut up and take it. Again, they knew that had me and their smug attitudes showed. I bought the truck and was told I had this awesome interest rate. When I showed up it was way higher than we were told. In the finance managers defense, the guy that gave me the rate they let go home early and the F&I Manger work for a while to at least keep a promise made. Now let's go back to scratch. When I asked if the scratch got touched up, I was told no. The manager said it would have to go to the body shop to repair it, and he was not going to do that. Then WHY did you say you would touch it up? The truck was washed and filled the day I purchased the truck. But I was not picking up right then. So, I drove off in a truck with bird droppings all over it. They also did not care enough to put good tires on the truck. I drove about 4000 miles and had to replace all the tires. They were the original tires that came on the truck. A 2017 model F250. Lastly, my tags were going to expire soon. I called and was told no they were not ready. Excuse was we can only do 30 plates a month, what? I called back to let them know my tags expire today. I need a new temp tag. I was told they should get them today and they would be overnighted because of the expiration of my tags. I called two days later, and the tags had not been mailed. Just another lie from this company. Now, the salesman drove them to me, but I am located on his way home. Conclusion: I will not ever consider this dealership for my next purchase and maybe you should not consider them for your first purchase. Anyone I know looking for a truck, I tell them to run from Hillsboro Ford. Also, they have a perfect 5-star review on their webpage because you cannot post any less stars

I couldn't recommend them enough, I trust them more than i do most of my own family. Before coming to them i had never considered sending Christmas cards or tipping the place that worked on my cars but would definitely consider for these two. Literally worth the drive from anywhere.
