(Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). However, after dealing with this business, I'm beginning to think some of the Google reviews are fake. We are not happy with their return policy. We will not be doing business with them in the future nor do we recommend doing business directly with them. I know they are a Costco vendor. We suggest going through the Costco route if you want to proceed (with caution). If something happens and you're not happy, you can always complain to Costco (which values your business more than these people). Buyer beware : 1. We bought 2 containers of roll cote ($375 each, which was $125 more than floor&Decor. Floor&dedor has it for $250 each) when we went to return one unused bucket, they refused to take it stating that the outside of the bucket is too dirty to take in. I didn't think it was too dirty bc when we received them, it was not spotless either. The container was sealed. 2. We bought mohawk lvp planks from them, and double checked to make sure they're returnable. They confirmed that they are. However, when my husband went to return a pack we didn't use, they said they cannot accept anything less than 250 sqft. They also state any special orders are not returnable. This information was not communicated with me prior. BOTTOM LINE: do business with big names like Costco or Home Depot if you like no hassle return policy.

At Ganahl's I was treated with little care by a guy behind a desk who had no trim suggestions except either fiber cement board or redwood. HOWEVER, at Imperial Annie immediately suggested Bodyguard's 5.5" trim made for exterior applications. (I like the Bodyguard trim because it had eased edges that looked more finished than straight lumber edges). Annie explained how the pine product is double primed, etc. She called her supplier right away to see if they d it in stock which they did. She also showed me samples she's ordered for another client so I could see the quality of the product. In other words she took the time to care about what I was looking for. At Ganahl's they really didn't care about what I actually needed. My husband might prefer the redwood option(because it's a more "noble" wood than pine,) but I definitely prefer the great service at Imperial which is where I'd go for any future hardwood and moulding needs.
