I am grateful they were willing to take on the project, given my tiny space. The floors are gorgeous and keep in line with the house's original floors. Everything is taking longer nowadays, but I was patient. They did their best to get me the floors in a reasonable time. I have antique furniture I have changed colors three times in 20 years. Well made pieces - not IKEA garbage. IKEA can't be moved bc once you unscrew most of the cork/ particle board- it losing its threading. It's basically more trash- made with toxic. Plus it's not even that cheap anymore! Buy real wood- not cut down from trees recently which we need to produce oxygen- but reclaimed.

The first call was disconnected by the person who answered. A subsequent call was not answered, and I ultimately reached the store from another number and was told the item was in stock. When I arrived, a different employee assisted me and completed the sale. During checkout, the employee opened the product box without my request while responding to a product-related question. The question could have been answered without opening the packaging. The item was not needed and remained unused. When I attempted to return it, I was informed that the store does not accept returns under any circumstances. This policy was not disclosed at the time of purchase and is not stated on the receipt. Under California consumer expectations, material terms such as a no-return policy should be clearly disclosed prior to purchase so customers can make informed decisions...especially when packaging is opened by store staff. Posting this so other customers are aware of the store's policies before purchasing.
