I am very happy with the cleaning services I've received from Sonia and her employees. I needed a deep clean and organizational help as I have been ill for a while and just haven't been able to keep up with the housework. Sonia was able to arrange deep cleaning as well as organizing help. I was thrilled to find a company that was able to do both. I also was able to set up for weekly cleanings. It took took 3 days to complete the job. There were 2-3 people there each day. They were nice enough to accommodate my health issues regarding the hours I was able to be involved with the organization. I'm the only one that could say what I want to keep or get rid of, so I was there the entire time. The work moved along efficiently and quickly. It was so nice to see my house clean again! I am so happy with the work Sonia and her staff did! I thought the price was extremely reasonable for the huge amount of work that I had done. The house looked great. Very impressed! My wife and I sold Our home in Lincoln and needed the house cleaned for the new buyers. The sell process was very quick and we didn't have a lot of time to get someone scheduled. We called 12 different services/companies and Sonia was the ONLY one to respond and to respond quickly. She came out and did a walk through, was very professional and quoted a price extremely reasonable for the job. I really really hate to leave any negative reviews as I genuinely value small businesses and the struggle against larger corporations. With that said, I feel like I need to warn others of the major disappointment I had with this company. We were told we had to sign a 6 month contract which was a little concerning off the bat but I was pregnant and due in 3 months and I have a toddler so I really was needing the extra help in "detailed" cleaning. I had requested twice weekly, same day of the week and time every clean. I'm not going to beat around the bush here, the only time there was not an issue with either a no call-no show, last minute cancellation, last minute change in time of clean and complete lack of communication was the very first initial clean we had. Every single time after that there was an issue. EVERY. SINGLE.TIME. The stress of the constant cancellations and no call no shows far outweighed the help it was supposed to provide me. I'm officially 8 weeks postpartum on the 8th of this month and I'm just super disappointed and to be honest I'm in shock that this legitimately was my experience. There was absolutely nothing against the physical cleaning being done but what I'm not ok with is the fact I would potentially get penalized for any cancellation in less than 24 hours (according to contract) and I was being upheld to a standard that the company did not show for themselves... I will say Sonia was very understanding (how could she not be though, I literally got burned every single time the duration of the 4 months we used them) and did not try to argue or keep me in the contract when I said I wanted out. I did give her a second chance but after today with again another no call no show, I officially cancelled our contract. Super frustrating and again, I'm not trying to bash small business but a business, big or small has to uphold to its standards it has on its clients if it's going to succeed.. read more

Really disappointed in the outcome and experience with this company. Sonia was very nice and came to my home to give me an estimate. I'm pregnant with a baby due in just a couple months and was hoping to get my new home cleaned on a recurring basis as it's very difficult for me to do this on my own. Sonia had me sign a contract and I agreed to start services. After signing the contract I had not heard from her so I asked her if I could get scheduled. Her response was that she is short staffed and cannot take me on as a client. Sonja you are completely lying and not speaking any truth. My house was not any more dirty than it was when you came to see it for the walk through because the cleaners came that same week and the service your cleaners did was ridiculously poor. I know you want to save face on your reviews but your statements are not true. I wrote this review when the cleaning took place and you should not have any photos of before and after of my home because you didn't have permission to take photos of my home. And if you did without my permission that's just one more reason I strongly do not recommend you or your company. Listen take time to get "good" cleaners instead of spending time disputing actual real feedback from your paying customers ($600 plus paying customer). Because if you all were any good we would have signed that contract and would still be using you. I used you that one time and it was horrible and I don't have to lie about it. Wow. Sonia and her team just left after cleaning our home. It was not a typical job. We moved back into my husband's childhood home to fix it up and live in it for awhile. The house had been rented out for over 12 years and since we lived in San Diego were absentee landlords. Sonia helped us after the tenant moved out. To say it was challenge is a real understatement. My husband and I are amazed at what they did to clean. I cannot recommend her services more. The only bummer for us is that she doesn't service our neighborhood for routine cleaning. I contacted this cleaning service and was fit into the busy schedule of this company. I am grateful for that. Once the service was performed I inspected the quality of work and was very disappointed. I walked up to my new kitchen and there was dark dusted areas that were not clean. I opened the drawers and complete missed areas were not cleaned. Obvious areas such as sliding door frame, outside of kitchen cabinets, the exterior of the bathtubs, the range fan having swirls, completely missed lights were not dusted, the lighting fixtures in kitchen were poorly cleaned. When I brought this to the attention of the boss, the worker returned and cleaned what was pointed out. There comes a point where having to point out how to properly clean a kitchen is beyond a waste of a customers time, hence the hiring of a company to do the work to save time and I still had to have family come over and help properly clean the home. I attempted to resolve this issue with the owner but excuses were made and as a customer I felt like it was a take the money and run situation. If I pay a premium price for a deep clean and receive a very basic poor job, I have no other choice but to make a post such as this. I sit here wasting my time warning others. I get everyone's standards are different but when things are so obvious to the naked eye, I have to post this. I get the company has great reviews but I'm kinda shocked. Poor service. Poor quality of cleaning, poor communication. I would leave no stars if Yelp allowed me. Hired her for a deep cleaning, all they do is run the same dirty cloth over everything and call it a "deep clean". Tried to get a cleaner back out to do a better job or a partial reimbursement before we gave her a poor review, but Sonia refused and said it was our fault house wasn't cleaned to our satisfaction due to other people being in the house while they were there . Hate to give Sonias House Cleaning 3 stars but really don't have a choice . I will say, everyone who I have met that works for Sonia and Sonia herself are nice people. She was accommodating when I needed someone to clean my house in a time frame before my mother in law came to visit and they did a great job. Because of that, we decided to use them again. However, we had our house cleaned yesterday and it was unacceptable. I came home to all toilets not wiped, smears on the mirrors, and the countertops with dry toothpaste on them and crap in the sinks . I communicated this to Sonia and she was apologetic and asked if I wanted someone to come fix it and I said no. For someone being at your house for 5 hours it should look way better. It's a 3900sq foot house and it takes me 4 hours on my own. This is the part that makes me even more mad- after talking to my boyfriend, he ALSO said our sons bed wasn't even made (because it's a bunk bed which shouldn't matter!) nor the guest bed was tidied up. But this is the WORST part. My boyfriend came back and told me that the cleaner left our home UNLOCKED when she left after I instructed her on how to lock it . Oh, then she charged full price for a half ass job and leaving our house open to anyone. Do not recommend and again very disappointed. The worst $200 we ever spent. read more
