Alan a manager came out to inspect and give us options on how we can proceed in replacing our current AC. He was incredibly well informed and very knowledgable in explaining what our best options were. He called the office on the spot to set up an appointment for a service tech to come out and see if we could first fix the AC before doing a total replacement. Alan offered to bring us a window AC unit due to me being in my late 3rd trimester to make sure I am comfortable in the mean time. Sonny the service tech came out and found the problem with the AC unit in record time! We had a previous company come out and told us it was the compressor and quoted us at 7k to replace. It was in fact the capacitor that was not working. Sonny fixed the issue incredibly fast and now we have perfect working AC just in time for the heatwave. He was extremely professional and helpful in answering all of our questions. 10/10 I could rave all day about how wonderful Alan and Sonny were in helping fix our AC issue in a timely manner with out breaking our wallets with a baby on the way. I will be only using Millers Air for life and will let all my family and friends know this is the only option for AC services they'll ever need. Alan and Sonny I whole heartedly thank you 1000x over for your incredible service and kindness!

Earlier this week, I asked them to check the HVAC system to see if they could make the A/C it a little quieter. Dominic came out and made the changes. What I especially appreciated was the time he took to explain how the system worked, the options, and his recommendation. Dominic was clearly an expert and was professional while explaining things to me in a friendly manner instead of "talking down" to me. It's clear to me that there is a great culture at Miller's of being skilled at what they do and also consistent with client care. Kudos to Dominic and the rest of the folks at Miller's who make this a great place to give your business to.

They hit another home run when Isaiah and Monty were assigned to a plumbing issue at my house. It was a hectic week to start, topped off with a backed up toilet that started to overflow. After I turned off the toilet and used a plunger and some elbow grease to fight back the overflow, I knew I needed a professional opinion. Turns out, Jazz not only fixed a huge backup of sewage, fixing the immediate issue; they did it with such professionalism that I was really impressed. Monty and Isaiah were a great team. Special shout out to their non-pushy approach. I really appreciated the speed, efficiency, professionalism and honesty that these associates demonstrated. The folks on the phone, such as Mario and Adrian/AJ, are also fantastic and really made the process easy end-to-end. Well done, Jazz. That was excellent overall value and the highest-quality service I could ever ask for.

Given that I didn't have to wait days for an appointment, I agreed to the price, which was initially high compared to others. That being said, it ultimately became roughly the same, if not a little cheaper, than other places that charged by the hour or quarter hour, as the job was a little more complex than initially thought. The guy spent almost 2.5 hours here to change out two bibs (again, way more complex than he probably thought), and he did a wonderful job. My problems were addressed same day, same visit. If I chose other plumbers, I would have waited days before my items were addressed. I've used Jazz before with my older AC unit, and they will always have a spot in my contact list if I need help with my HVAC or plumbing.

To the owner's credit, he took that feedback seriously and made a genuine effort to make things right. Fast forward a year later, I had them out for regular maintenance and the experience was completely different--in a good way. Scheduling was smooth, communication was clear, and the technician showed up on time, was professional, and did thorough, quality work. The system was checked carefully and everything was explained in a way that made sense. I really respect a business that listens to feedback and improves. While the initial install had its challenges, the follow-up service showed real accountability and commitment to customers. Based on this most recent experience, I'm comfortable continuing to use them for maintenance and would recommend them, especially knowing they stand behind their work.

Absolutely. I'd add it at the end in a way that makes clear the review is meant as constructive…read morecriticism, not just to attack the company: Eagle Air, I think you need to be much more considerate about how you operate on the road, especially when you're driving a company vehicle. The first thing people are going to see is your company name. You have a great advertisement on the side of your vehicle, which naturally draws people's eyes to it and creates brand familiarity. We see that Eagle Air van on 580 on the way to work, dropping the kids off, etc., and now we recognize the name. That's supposed to be a good thing. Later, when we need air conditioning service, we might think, "Hey, I see those Eagle Air vans all the time. Let me give them a call." But after my experience this morning, the impression I have of Eagle Air is completely different. Maybe the driver was late to work today. Maybe there was somewhere they really needed to be. I can understand that. But when you're driving a company vehicle with your company's name plastered all over the side, you have to be more cautious about how you conduct yourself. This morning, at approximately 7:10-7:20, passing through the Mountain House area, I watched an Eagle Air vehicle driving extremely recklessly. And whether it's fair or not, the first thing that comes to my mind is: if this is how you're willing to operate a company vehicle in front of everybody, how does the company operate when nobody is watching? It makes me wonder whether the company cuts corners in other areas too. Your vehicles are moving advertisements for your business. The way they're driven is part of the impression you're giving potential customers. If you operate the company the same way I watched one of your vehicles being driven this morning, then when I need HVAC service, I'll choose someone else. And for the record, I don't mind taking this review down either. I'm not writing this because I have some personal issue with Eagle Air or because I'm trying to hurt your business. But somebody needed to say something because this is the type of unnecessary situation that can create much bigger problems for your company down the line. Hopefully, someone sees this, talks to the driver, and it doesn't happen again.

My husband and I evaluated three vendors around the area in great detail and despite Chill coming out slightly more expensive than others, we felt they were the most thorough and comprehensive during the consultation (and the many follow-up questions I had). They were also able to squeeze us into their busy schedule so we could get AC before the heat wave! During installation, they ran into several challenges with placement of the new unit and some wiring that needed more attention. They worked through and around them to make everything work out in the end. I really appreciate their flexibility and expertise to navigate all the roadblocks without changing the scope of work. TIP: Measure the space where the unit is going to be placed and make sure the new unit will fit OR that you discuss this before the project starts.

He said the problem was the starter and said he could fix it for $460. While he was fixing it, I looked up the price of the part. It was $25. He was here for only 15 minutes. After the repairs, I asked him how much of the $460 was for parts and how much was for labor. He said about 50% for each. I then let him know that I found the part for $25. He responded that he doesn't buy the parts himself. So I paid $25 for parts and $435 for 15 minutes of work. Yes, I wish I had gone with another company.
