    We had a great experience with Chill Heating and Cooling. First off, I had a total of four…read moredifferent companies give me a quote to replace our existing Furnace & A/C units. Chill was the second to arrive and give us an estimate. At first glance when comparing the numbers they gave me to that of the first company, they seemed way off and too cheap to be real. After getting more quotes, Chill remained the lowest price; however, the cost for some of the other companies came in somewhat close. Upon closer review of the contracts, the type of units offered by Chill were much better. A clear difference and made the price look even better! So we signed up and set our appointment up for the next week. We had to move the date since we felt the timing was terrible (expecting 90° weather when the following week was going to be 60°). They moved the appt with ease, even setting it for the following Monday -- on Memorial Day! This was something they offered and I jumped on it, since I was planning to work from home anyway that day. The day of the install went as expected. No issues arose; although, for the guys in the attic I think they would say they had to make some unplanned adjustments -- no complaints to myself or family. All three workers were extremely kind and respectful. They arrived at 9:20 AM and were out before 6:30 PM. Before starting work, they laid down tarps along the hallway (where the entrance to the attic is). They placed all of the old furnace/AC equipment out in front of the house, but cleaned it all up and packed it into their vehicles. They swept up most all of the leftover debris that fell from the attic space and gathered all of their tools. Upon exiting, one of the installers walked me through how to setup the Google Nest Thermostat. He was very patient and waited to ensure the system was fully functional before leaving (used a thermostat gun to read the temperature on one of the vents).

During the estimate phase, Constantine was a breath of fresh air. Instead of pushing generic upsells, he actually "downsold" us by engineering exactly what we needed to work seamlessly with our home's downflow ducting. He was honest, straightforward, and clearly explained the system without any high-pressure sales tactics. For the installation, Mike and Diego were our crew. They arrived a little past the initial 9am window on the first day, but they worked incredibly hard and got the entire complex job done right on schedule. At the start of Day 1, I handed them a simple "homeowner's QA" list of things I wanted to check with them at the end. They were super nice, listened, and gladly accommodated every single request. The workmanship is top-notch. They perfectly sealed the exterior wall where the lineset exits, helped me get the Kumo Cloud Wi-Fi connected to my phone, and hauled away all the old debris, leaving the site spotless. As a testament to their technical skill, when I asked about the refrigerant line vacuum test, they had pulled it down to 350 microns--which is a great number and proves they don't cut corners! Techs are on time every time and phone custom service friendly and respectful. Dave M. was here today and did our semi annual tuneup as we are part of their VIP service. We were originally sold on the idea of a zoned system with separate thermostats and motorized dampers for different areas of the house. It sounded like a great solution. After repeatedly bringing up the issues, we were eventually told by a salesperson that it would cost an additional $16,000 to make the system work the way it should have from the beginning. That was incredibly frustrating after already investing so much into the original installation. At this point, the promises to "make it right" never materialized, and we're still dealing with uneven temperatures throughout the house every summer. It is funny on the reviews they ask you to call so they can better understand the issue. I laid it out in my review, their salesman told us the fix and yet they have done nothing. If you want to better understand my issue pull up my file bring up your salesman's suggestion on how to fix it and take care of the promise you made to me and everyone of your customers " We will make it right to your satisfaction".
