And they honestly don't make anything quite like they used to! We have had some trouble with it over the last year or so, and unlike the last time we had an issue, we decided to ask our family who they take their cars to, instead of just going to Sullivan Tire down the street. (Sullivan seems like it's sometimes great, and sometimes awful, depending on who happens to be working there at the time.) While my spouse and I are relatively new to the area- 3 years this summer!- our extended family has basically always lived here. They recommended Shepherd's, and I'm glad we took them up on the recommendation. The guys at Shepherd's are very savvy, correctly diagnosing our issue over the phone. We had to have the car towed to their shop, which is luckily pretty close to us in East Bridgewater, and they had it fixed before the end of the day! Our issue was fairly straightforward- a broken drive belt- but the fact that they had us back on the road again so quickly was pretty awesome! In terms of costs, the repair cost exactly what the internet suggested it would! These guys are honest, and I'd highly recommend giving them a call if you have car trouble!

When he opened his own shop I was on board. I have been dealing with John over 10 years, and have very few complaints. Pros: Honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, and reliable. When you take your car for an estimate John will let you know all your options. He is not the type of mechanic to add a bunch of unneeded work, and extras. Cons: It's just John. You may need to wait a few days to get an appointment, and because of his busy schedule, you may need to purchase parts for the work. I like buying my own parts. It allows me to see what they actually cost, and helps me to know there are no hidden fees. This may be a turn off to some customers. I would recommend getting into a habit of learning what labor, and parts cost. You'll save lots of money in the long run. John works on most makes, and models, but if you are a Volvo owner in the Attleboro area, making friend with John is a must.

Fair, transparent pricing and hassle free process. Additionally, Michael Bernardo provided me with outstanding customer service. First time I was looking to use the service contract, the garage I brought my car to points out that some part of the contract was incorrectly filled by me and that Fidelity wasn't able to provide coverage unless corrected. Contacted Michael who was on it very quickly and things went smoothly from there. Keep in mind, this was my error and he took the time to make sure things went OK. I was expecting to be SOL but was glad this was not the case. Thank you so much for your help!

( I can't Go to them in person) . 2- I had pleasant experience with them so they did try to help but the dealer owner push only 3rd party warranty and does not sell any CPO Extension. I have tried to reach to dealers in my state (Washinton & Oregon) they all had 3rd party warranty and all of them were extremely expensive, cheapest was 3500 for 24 k miles extra / 2 more years. This is where Michael Bernardo shines @SteingoldVolvoCars . he was solution oriented. After sharing with him the original selling dealer does not sell extensions, he was able to get an exception from Volvo and extended the CPO warranty to 10 years / 100 k miles. By Far in any type of calculation the CPO Price for extensions is most cost effective and most secure choice for peace of mind Was Michael. after choosing the coverage I want and made a payment , within 12 hours he got the extension signed and sent . for anyone in the same position or live in same zone (Portland Oregon / Vancouver Washinton) . Make sure you reach to Michael Bernardo and share if your original dealer does not extend / sell CPO extensions and see what your choices is I can guarantee that he would be the most trustful / most cost effective for your Volvo needs .
