I would not recommend this business my experience unfortunately ended up to be a disappointment. My check engine light was not resolved and my phone calls became unimportant. No hard feelings but for BMW and European automotive repair I choose Goose Automotive they are exceptional in every category especially follow up and repair....they resolved my issue to a successful end and my 550i GT is running in beast mode. read more

For those who have read any of my reviews, you know how much I value customer service tremendously....well, Les is the man!! It is such a great feeling to have a person working on my car who not only doesn't try to sell me services I don't need, but obviously loves what he does. Les is quite the life saver (ok, he wasn't in knights armor, but, whatever)! I really appreciated how he took the time to explain what he was doing, what I did and didn't need to replace, that he was happy with what I did replace and, oh man - he treated me like an actual customer and not money signs! He even "retaught" my car to do things it had stopped doing. I learned quite a lot from Les. As a teacher, I'm happy to learn new things. My 2010 GLK 350 is running like a newbie and it feels good driving it. I know I am completely safe driving back to NorCal and I am still smiling. Never going to the BMW dealer again. I found SA European on Yelp and their cost for an oil change on my BMW X5 was less than what I expected to pay. Les came to my home to pick up my car, leaving an awesome BMW 5 series as a loaner. I didn't get to drive the loaner because my X5 was ready in a little over an hour. SA checked all my systems and the only thing that needed attention was a dirty air filter. He emailed me a picture of it. They didn't have one in stock, but Les will call me when they get one with the same great service as with my oil change. He's only going to charge me for the part and not labor. He let me know what needed to be done in the future, but didn't try to sell me services I didn't need now. My X5 looked great when he brought it back as they gave it a thorough wash. Also, I was shocked that they filled my gas tank. Really, who does that anymore? SA European does and I'm saying goodbye to BMW of SA. I'm telling all friends about SA European. This man does NOT respond to calls or texts. I was having a pretty persistent issue with my car that Les ended up being unable to fix (because I took it somewhere else to fix it). After weeks of either phone tag or straight up ignoring my calls/texts, I gave up with this place. Going here was such a mistake. Thousands of dollars wasted. I would take your car here for a simple fix, sure, but beware--he may break your car and then ghost you. read more

I took my car to SA European, to check my AC. I was very impressed with Les the owner on how quickly he handled the repair of my AC . It was awesome to have a person working on my car who not only doesn't try to sell me services I don't need but obviously loves what he does. He truly went above and beyond and stayed until he got the job done. I loved his attitude so much that I took my sons BMW for him to look at. Les, the owner, did an amazing job on my son's Mazda3. He provided a loaner vehicle for us, picked up our car and delivered it back to us. Les is quick to respond to your inquiries, super helpful and friendly. The price was very reasonable and he provided pictures of the parts he replaced. Les replaced spark plugs, cabin and air filter, changed the coolant, inspected the belts and tires. I made an appointment to have a headlight fixed. The owner contacted me exactly when he said he would. Not only did he pick up my vehicle and service it very,very quickly, but he washed it and filled up the tank with gas. The customer service was second to none and the price was very reasonable. Les and team are my heroes! I have never experienced such transparent, quick, affordable, customer oriented service from a vehicle technician company. My car broke down in the middle of the road during morning rush hour traffic, I called Les and he came to my rescue. He gave me a loaner car (free of charge), so I could get to work and he took my car to asses. Les was in constant communication with me throughout the day by phone and by text. Once the issue was uncovered he called me to give me a full report. His verbal report was then followed up by pictures, videos, and diagnostic readings. I was blown away. He then delivered my repaired car to my place of work much to my surprise washed, vacuumed, and with a full tank of gas; his team even fixed my trim that had broken off the track (for free). We ran through his additional recommendations and I went right back to work. Later receiving an emailed copy of my receipt that broke down each repair by labor cost and part cost (they were by far the most cost efficient option). I can not express how relieved I am to have finally found my lifelong vehicle service provider. My car window power lift broke on Easter Day. SA European picked up my car the following day at my home, repaired my window at their shop, inspected all my car systems and gave me free diagnostics, washed and vacuumed by car, returned my car to my home, reviewed my car diagnostics with me, and stayed with me until all my questions were answered. All that fantastic service for $178 less than any other auto repair shop had estimated! I can't recommend them highly enough!
