First of all, 1996 F250's only have a cutout in the bumper for one lamp so weren't even built to support two. Secondly, Texas Department of Public Safety Section 20.18 SubSec. 2c specifically states "Only one lamp is required" to pass inspection. This was verified on the "What's Inspected" list for trucks from DPS as well. Though this shop gets high rating my first visit was not positive and probably won't go back. That's unfortunate because I had a few small items that needed fixed and thought I'd have them done here to support a local business.

The alternator was just replaced by another shop last year, so I'm thinking voltage regulator? Rodrigo calls me late Friday to tell me he thinks it's the alternator shorting but wants to a full charge on the battery over night to make sure. Saturday he calls me to say it is the alternator but the root cause is the water pump, which is leaking and spraying the alternator. Monday night we picked it up - perfect, full explanation/demonstration of what he found, and reasonably priced work. We're not going anywhere else from here on out.

When a business owner exercises a lack of prudence in keeping their business hours adequately updated, the community which they serve suffers the most. Despite Nesloney coming well recommended from a neighbor, they have since agreed that they will not be coming back here. I'd admonish every person reading this review to save yourself time, money, and a headache and just taking your vehicle somewhere that treats you with dignity and appreciates your business, and I can assure you that Nesloney Auto Repair is not it.

I was advised by Eric it was my starter and was quoted $800. to replace it. ($425 for the part and $375 for labor) I was also advised he would have to keep the car and it wouldn't be ready until noon the following day. Having replaced a starter before myself, I left and advised the shop that I was going to get a second opinion. I pulled in to an auto repair shop down West Ave and asked them what they would charge to replace my starter and was quoted $385. ($295 for the part, $95 for labor) I left my car with them at 3pm and it was ready by 4:30pm. I told my family and friends about the gouging attempt by Nesloney Auto and it is no longer a business they or I would recommend. Buyer beware!!

I yelped Mercedes expecting to find a dealer and discovered Autohaus! I read their positive reviews about this Bosch authorized independent shop specializing in Mercedes and called them for help. Vivian answered my phone call and immediately took charge. She let me know they were booked solid for a week but understood my predicament, asked for my number while promising to return the call after seeing what, if anything could be done. Mack the shop owner called me shortly thereafter and asked the pertinent questions in order to attempt to isolate the problem. It became obvious that diagnostics in person was needed and I was given a phone number to a tow company that he recommended and had an account. with. Once the vehicle arrived at Autohaus they jumped on the troubleshooting process in order to get me back on the road and working in the area as soon as possible. While sitting in the lobby area, I first hand witnessed that Mack, Vivian and the entire staff are friendly and conscientious when they were dealing with all of their customers, phone calls and vendors delivery people. When my starting issue was established, they communicated the diagnosis and the solution of replacing the fuel pump which was an integrated assembly in the fuel tank. If I could give 10 stars for this experience at Autohaus, I would. Be assured this business is what people look for as it is operated with integrity by owners and employees that do the right thing every day..

The paint job didn't match whatsoever, very blotchy and overspray all over the place. Paint started to chip off 3 weeks after they had repainted the front bumper. The rear bumper wasn't even installed correctly. The passenger door doesn't even open right it has a gap so bad you can put a dime in between. You have to push it hard in order for it to open.
