Do not use them often (thank heaven), but when I use them for transmission fluid change, the techs and service are professional, prompt and very fairly priced. Negative: They should remove this Bait and Switch (BS) $20 service coupon, it´s $90 (¨PLUS¨). Not that $90 give or take which ad they are running is a bad deal, just be transparent. Maybe the Co. name should have been my clue or that the lobby tv was playing Bob Barkers The Price Is Right. Either way, be observant and getting all old parts right away and put that on the estimate gives you a little protection. My experience has shown me that many Transmission Shops have an issue with transparency. I had a transmission rebuilt it cost $5600 to get it repaired was on the 90 day finance company payed it off in the 90 days. Two months later it was leaking transmission oil. such a scam and these people should go to hell. first - they say that they cover towing and then later if you decline their service they get butt hurt and now expect you to pay the tow. i had one guy isaiah say to me that they cover free towing only on the way there along with free diagnostic test . eithen the manager their said no he lied to you and now wants you to pay for a tow. now that is a back stab right there. second - they charge way to much just to get the transmission off. you are going to pay 595 dollarssss. that's a pretty nasty bite. right after that they will keep tearing apart the transmission telling you that there are a bunch of problems and need further looking into it my goodness. third - im a mobile mechanic and i said i just need the torque converter replace along with the seals and might as well replace the rear main seal and still they will charge me 1200 to 1300 dollars. that's insane to me. so please my people out there beware about big companies like this because they do not care about you. they only want to drain your wallet dry. its a pain but believe me that your better off to keep looking for a different place until you find the one just being honest and avoid these people at all cost. be safe wise and humble . have a great day my folks read more

THIS SHOP IS A SCAM. I took my 2018 Ford Escape in, and they immediately came back that the free diagnostic showed a bad transmission. They then said it would cost nearly $600 to do a proper diagnostic. After the proper diagnostic, they came back with an estimate of over $5000 for a rebuilt torque converter replacement. That $5000 repair did not fix the problem, and they said it was not something they worked on and that I needed a fuel pump. TOTAL SCAM!!!! read more

I would stay the hell away from this place. After DRIVING my truck to this shop to have my transmission checked out, it left on a TOW TRUCK 4 weeks later! I also found a loose nut sitting on the engine block that hadn't been put back on whatever it went to. See the pictures below. The day I dropped my truck off with Tim, he got on it right away. Within a few days he told me I needed a new transmission as well as a new transfer case for a total of $6,300! I told him I couldn't afford it but he persisted, and offered me several different financing options. I told him several more times over the course of a week that I couldn't afford it and that I wanted to get my truck back. From that point on, its as if Tim fell off the map. I waited about a week before reaching out to Tim to see what the deal was. Again, he told me he needed a few more days to get my truck ready, and once again nothing. After several rounds of being strung along he finally texted me that my truck was ready. After arriving to the shop, my truck was in the same spot that I had last seen it several weeks before, and nothing had been done to it. After getting into it to leave, it wouldn't shift into gear and sounded terrible. He proceeded to try and charge me $400 for the labor, and after rounds of debate finally agreed to drop it. I called the tow truck company and had them pick it up to take to another mechanic. Turns out I don't need a transfer case and got my transmission replaced for $3,500. Nobody should have to feel like their hands are tied in this type of situation, and for 4 weeks that's the way I felt after dropping my truck off at this place. Its stressful enough having vehicle problems, and not being able to pick my truck up in at least the same condition in which is was dropped off is not a place I want to do business! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! I brought my truck to this place for a leak. They charged me more than double of what the previous transmission place had charged. So then my truck starts to kick hard from 1st to 2nd gear. So he asked that I monitor it. Then the next day it does the same thing. Mario asked that I bring it back. So I drop it off and now apparently the speed sensor in the throttle body is no good. So this is gonna cost me of course. So after it's replaced I pick it up. Well apparently the issue didn't go away so I called immediately and I was told that the sensor had to adjust itself because it was new. So it kept on so I was asked to bring it back a third time. Well supposedly it was fixed. Not to my surprise the issue was not fixed and I was told that the clutches may need to be replaced which would again cost me more money as if I hadn't spent enough already. I was told that they test drove it to make sure it was working but that the kick should go away on its own. Well not to my surprise it hasn't. Not only did my transition not get fixed. It was given to me with issues it didn't go in with. It was a leak that was it. Icing on the cake is they used all my gas over 100 miles and left me with only 4 miles of gas in the tank. Mario said they could put more gas but they would have to charge me as if over 2 thousand dollars I had already paid wasn't enough. I got my truck back with transmission issues it didn't go in with. Okay, I know, I know! I said my review was premature - GAH! We picked up the car today, and not only was everyone so friendly, but they seemed less stressed. I think the beginning of the week must be pickup days? At any rate, the owner, Glen, was on hand to explain everything...and you should have SEEN my transmission in tiny pieces! I feel like I escaped the Challenger Explosion! (no disrespect). They charged us the exact amount quoted - no tax or service fees, etc. And my car drives like a dream! I will actually recommend them now, but I will put in a few caveats. Like, start out armed with information and other quotes - truth is, there is so much more value in a job well done than in someone telling you it's cheaper over the phone. My bad. Brought my truck in for a flush and refill. Sonny told me I had water in my transmission and I needed to take it apart to "investigate". Didn't know I was being channeled to completely rebuild the tranny since it was running great! They took it apart for $300 bc I was worried about water in the transmission, Sonny quoted $3500 for the rebuild. I declined and had them put it back together and it leaked for months until I found a reputable mechanic that is honest. A+ ruined my seals and just siliconed everywhere which further caused me issues bc silicone was inside my transmission. I would not recommend anyone to even step foot in this place.
