I called over 15 places to have my tantalum ring resized a full size smaller. Saatchi Jewelry was the only place that told me they could do it. Farid told me over the phone around $20-30. I called him a day later to set up the meet. He was very accommodating and met me up at 9:15 PM at his apartment complex. He had the ring ready for me the next day and it ended up costing $40. The ring fit very well and the only way I could tell it was cut by looking at the inside of the ring - I did not feel any bumps or irregularities when putting on the ring.
