I love that they use a combination of both the sticky white rice and the purple rice, which gives it a bit of a nuttier flavor and balances the sweet a bit more. I usually place my orders to go, but every time I've been in the restaurant it's very clean, the team that works there are always extremely friendly and give the best recommendations, and it's always filled with their regulars. If you haven't tried Buon Bistro, I strongly encourage you to do so.
