They took our intake forms got a little info about us and off we went. As for my massage this was probably one of the best massages I've had! I've been to many places and Emily did amazing! She used the right amount of pressure, she found all my knots and I've never been so relaxed in my life! I also loved how she used the right amount of massage oil because at other places I feel my skin chafe. My boyfriend even said this was one of the best massages he's had! Afterwards they weren't in a rush for us to leave they took their time speaking with us talking about the areas of tension we had, unlike other places that have quick turn around times after each client. More oil had to be applied between what felt like nearly every stroke, which interrupted the experience, and the scent was quite antiseptic and clinical rather than relaxing. I then called and left voice messages 3 or 4 more times over the course of 2 weeks. In my last voice message, I even quoted her outgoing voice message back to her where she says that voice messages will be returned within 24 hours. My messages were kind & forgiving, even asking if there was a conflict with the date I had chosen or if she had some kind of situation come up where she couldn't accommodate. Unfortunately, none of my messages were returned. I'm left with nothing but a mystery. It would be my great pleasure to remove this review if Phyllis would just reply and try to make things right with me. I've had massages at all kinds of places, from small studios to high-end resort spas, and sometimes I don't know what I really paid for. Phyllis is definitely one of the best (if not the best) masseuse I've ever had! On top of that, she offers massage at very reasonable prices ($65 an hour). Right now, she is even offering a deal so you get 5 massages for the price of 4! One of the things I really like is that Phyllis always gives you a full hour (or more!) - your time starts when you're on the table.
