Absolutely THE WORSTTTT experience I've ever had at a dental office. I scheduled an appointment specifically to have my chipped tooth repaired. When I checked in, they asked if I wanted to do my overdue 6-month cleaning while I was there. Since I was already in the office, I agreed, assuming they knew how to manage their own schedule. Big mistake. Not a single person informed me that getting the cleaning would either leave them without enough time to fix my tooth or cause my gums to become too inflamed to complete the repair. Instead, they went ahead with the cleaning anyway. After Gary finished my cleaning, I reminded him that the entire reason I came in was for my chipped tooth. His response? "We don't have time today because we have a team meeting." He then sent me to the front desk. When I asked the receptionist why they offered me a cleaning if they already knew they couldn't complete the appointment I actually came in for, she gave me a completely different excuse: "We all have to take our lunches." So which is it--a team meeting or lunch? The stories kept changing. She then told me I could come back at 2:00 p.m. the same day, and I agreed because I needed my tooth fixed as soon as possible. Then, only about 10 minutes after I left the office, the same receptionist called me saying my gums were now too inflamed from the cleaning to repair my chipped tooth. She even said, "I'm sure the dentist told you that in the room," which is completely false. He never said that. The only explanation I was given in the office was that they didn't have enough time. To make things even worse, after telling me I couldn't be seen that afternoon, she tried to reschedule me SEVEN DAYS LATER for the repair. During the call, she even admitted the situation was confusing and apologized because nothing they were telling me was making sense. Every time I asked a question, she had to put me on hold to go ask someone else because she didn't seem to know what the actual explanation was. It was obvious no one in the office was on the same page. So I came in with an emergency chipped tooth and left with a cleaning I never asked for, no repair, conflicting explanations from multiple staff members, and a recommendation to wait another week because of a cleaning THEY suggested. The communication in this office is unbelievably poor, the scheduling is disorganized, and the staff couldn't even give me a consistent answer about what happened. My time was completely wasted, and my dental issue was left unresolved. I expected professionalism and honesty, but instead I left frustrated, confused, and still needing the treatment I originally scheduled. read more

I wanted to love this place due to the convenience of being near our home and that they accept our insurance but unfortunately it just didn't do it. We come in regularly and every time they've asked to take x-rays, I've declined and they simply will not see your child and they'll accuse you of not cancelling within 48 hours and charge you even though I showed up but denied X-rays ( I asked to talk to the doctor himself for the charge and they immediately said they won't charge me this time). I've also called prior to my sons appointments to confirm about X-rays but they will still push it in the office. They also do not have a hygienist cleaning the patients teeth so every time I have to ask the doctor to remove plaque and tarter after they've been cleaned. Dr. Sabbadini is good overall and I believe he's extremely dedicated to pediatric dentistry but overall I don't want to argue about x-rays every visit. read more

Our family is fairly new to Dr. Sabadini's. We were referred by my dentist because my 3yo son had so many cavities and we needed a pediatric dentist to tackle the work. My son needed dental surgery and was under the amazing care of Dr. Sabbadini and Dr. Lenhart (anesthesiologist). We originally had been scheduled for October, but my son had a cold and needed to take the November slot as the anesthesiologist did not feel comfortable treating him with a cold. I understand that it can be really frustrating for parents, but HE IS DOING THIS FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILD. It's not just "a little cold" it's your child's airway they are protecting. I've seen a lot of reviews on here bashing them for doing their job, so I feel the need to chime in as a mom who did get bumped due to a cold. I think that speaks volumes to Dr. Lenhart's and Dr. Sabbadini's care. They are both extremely good with kids and treat them like their own. Leading up to the dental surgery, pre-op instructions were very clear and I always felt like I had an open line of communication with both of them. The post-op nurse was so nice and compassionate. After the surgery, they checked in with us to see how our son was recovering after we went home. "We're yours until you don't need us" is what they told me before we left the dentist office, which is such comforting words to hear as a mom. It's always nerve-racking and unsettling to have your child go under anesthesia, but these to doctors made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. During my initial reception interaction, there was miscommunication on their end that made me a little frustrated, but they were very nice and apologized for the inconvenience they had caused. Every time after that, they've been extremely friendly, thorough and helpful. Would definitely recommend Dr. Sabbadini and his team. read more

Saw Dr. Sabbadini as a child and now bring my children to him. Everyone in the office is so kind, attentive, and patient. They assure you're aware of what will happen during the visit, they are patient in explaining every step to my kids, and give a summary at the end. Amazing office and staff. My 2 yr old fell and chipped her front tooth and immediately the office was able to see her and treat her on the same day. I am just in shock at how poorly my 7 year daughter was treated at her visit. We came in for a tooth extraction of a stubborn baby tooth. I was told nitrous oxide would be used as well as injection to numb area but receptionist told me that dentist is very good with kids and he puts numbing gel so they don't feel the shot. Well this is not how it went. The nitrous oxide was put for no more than 5 min when he walked in. He got right to work - asked her if she felt funny and she said no -he then he proceeds to pull out a huge needle and inject her in which she screamed in pain that's when his true colors came out. He proceeds to start lecturing my daughter on how she needs to calm down and reprimanding her for her behavior. He turned off the TV and said it would not be put back on until she acted better. He then tells her to open her mouth and does another injection while my daughter is crying in pain. The whole time he is lecturing her instead of comforting her. He had no empathy for this scared little girl. Then he mentions all the patients today had screamed - well I wonder why? My daughter up to this point had nothing but positive experiences with dentist but now I fear this bad experience traumatized her. I would not recommend this dentist for any small children. His behavior was unacceptable. If I could give ZERO stars I would! read more

Amazing quality of care! My son has been very afraid of doctors and dentists since he broke his femur when he was 3. He's 6. He really likes this office, Dr. Sabbadini , and loves coming here! He had to be put under anesthesia for tooth removal, as I thought that would be less traumatic for him considering his past experiences, and Dr. Sabbadini made him very comfortable and provided excellent care and service! My daughter has been a patient here for about ten years and she mostly had excellent are there although some cleanings were better than others. The problem was with my office experienc. Evidently the office has kept track of every changed appointment or missed appointment in our ten years plus with Dr. Sabadini and because in those ten years plus we'd missed or rescheduled more than x appointments we have to put down a deposit to make appointment. I disagreed with this policy especially when the office made the app already. think its a bad policy to keep record of missed appointments going ba I over a decade. The doctor is inflexible and his office staff are just as rude as he is. After saying my daughter should stay with his practice he then said that she should go to another dentist. I will be perusing a complaint with whatever body oversees dental practice in the state. read more

I stumbled upon Dr. Sabbadini office after moving to a new city and getting a referral to a place to help with my 7 year old daughter's dental emergency. He really saved my daughter's smile and dental health. This was the best possible scenario for me. Both my daughter and I had the best experience here. My daughter has had a fear of going to the dentist for as long as I could remember. She still had fear when she transferred over to Dr Sabbadini, but overtime she's learned to trust him and his team. She went from crying all the time, to now answering his questions and talking to the assistant when she sees her. I trust Dr. Sabbadini's input when it comes to her teeth. I brought my 3 year old daughter for her first dental procedure. The providers, Heather and Dr. Sabbadini, worked on her and are quite the team! They spoke to my daughter calmly, explained everything at the appropriate level and language for her age, and reinforced her good behavior. When you sit in the procedure room, they have a letter from Dr. Sabbadini explaining their communication style and their expectations as far as parental participation during the procedure. I found it helpful to read that help me trust their communication style. If you've met my daughter, she can decide when she is over something real quick and be uncooperative. She handled it like a champ and I attribute a lot of that to the environment Dr. Sabbadini and Heather created around her and their efficiency in getting the procedure done. We've been coming to this office for about 10 years and this is my third kid who is a patient there. We appreciate their work and care! read more

My two children, ages 5 and 9, have been going to Dr. Sabbadini for dental care for the last year. He and his team have been amazing so far and my kids enjoy their dental visit! It helps that the space is extremely kid-friendly (e.g. stickers, fidget toys, children books, etc everywhere!) and there are individual screens for the kids to watch while their teeth are being cleaned. We took my son to Dr. Sabbadini's office a few times and it went well! He can be pleasant, converses with you and will make you feel comfortable. It was when my son needed his first teeth fillings that our experience drastically changed. Yes, my son was nervous... he was 4 years old at the time. Yes, he cried... again, 4... please forgive him. My son's reaction did not seem unexpected nor was it an excessive response from a child his age. It was the doctor's reaction that was inappropriate. Dr. Sabbadini walked into the treatment room without introducing himself and said, "if you behave this will be quick". My son squirmed and cried. He then told my son, "if you don't stop crying, I will ask your mom to leave the room". Everything from that point on I cannot even remember. The Dr. had to stop and could not proceed with the treatment (understandably) since it was not safe due to my son being restless and traumatized at that point. The Dr. then provided me with several options including sedation. I asked what they use to sedate children, he looked at me and asked why I was asking and if I had any experience with sedation. I didn't respond because as an post-op surgical ICU nurse yes, have the experience but I was appalled by the Dr's response to my question. As a mother, I have every right to ask questions despite my experience, educational level, etc. My son who was laying in my arms and tearful asked Dr. Sabbadini if he could have a prize. The Dr. firmly told him, "no, kids that cry don't get prizes". We left the office and I had no intention of returning. I actually didn't post a review at that time because I wanted to process everything that happened and compare the experience with another pediatric dentist to make sure I wasn't over reacting. We have now found another dentist who is a better fit for my son. His current dentist was able to complete my son's treatment of getting fillings with laughing gas as originally attempted with Dr. Sabbadini. My son even asked his current dentist before treatment started if he would still get a toy if he cried. His dentist said, "of course", but luckily, there were no tears. I'm giving Dr. Sabbadini 2 stars because he can be nice, his staff is great, his office space is clean and kid friendly. I hate to write a negative review about a local doctor and small business because he may be a great dentist for some but I would recommend parents proceed with caution if your child is scared and may need some additional TLC. Professionals and healthcare providers who choose to work with children should be applauded. It requires a very special set of skills which includes patience EVERY DAY. That is non negotiable. read more

my three-year-old son needed sedation during cold and flu season and the anesthesiologist had to reschedule twice because of a cough(Dr. note obtained per request). Dr. Sabadini required a SECOND down payment with my first half a grand not counting worth anything. A single mother of 4 children. I tried to work things out with them and they refused. They still wanted a second deposit with the first half $1000 not counting towards anything,just lost $500 for this single mother of 4. They just lost 4 new patients with great UPS insurance. See ya! I will definitely spread the word around work and with my other customers. read more

Dr Sabbadini was recommended to us 11 years ago when our granddaughters teeth came in with no enamel on her teeth, A rare genetic disease that was on her Dads side of the family & we had never seen this before. Dr Sabbadini research on this and came up with a plane that was designed for our Granddaughter and she was able to eat a lot of foods that she wasn't able to eat before & to smile that boosted her confidence and her smile is beautiful . read more
