When I'm in the area this is one of my top spots to get food. Food came out amazingly fast this visit. Service is ok, some drinks take forever to come out, and I'm not talking anything mixed. There is no free refills on anything but water. The waitress was friendly made a couple suggestions. There are plenty of options of drinks including an amazing coconut lemonade which you can have with or without alcohol. Everything is cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The music was jamming and everyone was happy. If you're anywhere in Long Island you need to try this place out. You will leave full and satisfied.

Very festive place with live entertainment. I think the live entertainment is only on the weekends, so if you are planning a romantic dinner that's not the time to go because it gets very loud and festive. The place is fun but the food is mid. The grilled skirt steak had a bit of a bitter taste like if grilled on a dirty grill and I thought the beans lacked flavor. The bread pork was pretty good and they are not shy with the portion size. Although the Pina colada was very tasty it had very little alcohol. Our was very nice and attentive. To sum it up I would go for the entertainment more that the food.

Chicken in mushroom sauce, side maduros, most dishes come with a salad. Sancocho is a good portion!

Food portions are huge! Definitely asking for a to go container. My favorite is the chicken in mushroom sauce, particularly go on Sundays because they serve sancocho and it's delicious, make sure to go early as it seems only a certain amount is made and once it's finished there's no more! fun, music, great decoration always lively and sometimes they have a singer :) sangria is always on point and my favorite non alcoholic bev is the jugo de maracuyá with milk, yum! 90 minute seating so they'll press you a little bit if no more purchases are being made for the table

Sabor A Colombia Best Colombian restaurant in the area hands down!! I've been here a few times and they consistent in their quality and quantity of food. I was a huge fan of the fried pork with avocado and fried plantains. As well as the red snapper and country platter was delicious. I wasn't a big fan of the calamari but like I said the food here entrees are amazing. Service is fantastic and they have a live singer in Spanish and English! Beautiful bar and very well made drinks!! Everyone come here if you love Colombian food!!

This is the Ajiaco. This is half the order. So good...

On cold day's I love a great Ajiaco. And no one makes it better than Sabor a Colombia. Its perfect for a lunch special. Comes with rice , bread , avocado and sauces. One of my Monday afternoon favorites. But go early it sells out regularly.

Excellent dishes here! Everything was so flavorful and served piping hot. Wish I took more photos prior to devouring. Place is very colorful and vibrant and the waitstaff very attentive and friendly. Would definitely come back! The chicken and rice was so good as was the steak!

Omg!! So good. If you are looking for an upbeat Latin vibe this is the place. Loved our meal. We started with empanadas. I love Colombian empanadas with the corn outside. We tried one of each. We had red wine, but there were plenty of options to choose from. I had flounder and my husband had a steak on a sizzling pan. Considering the size we still ate most of it and had very little left over because it was so delicious. And the dessert... tres leches was super milky and delicious, I don't even want to tell you because I don't want to share.. lol. The live entertainment was a huge plus. Lots of birthday celebrations which she sang for each person in between songs. Service was great! We will definitely be back!!

I love this place! The ambiance, the music, the crowd, it's a perfect place to experience good food and entertainment! This was not our first time here, but it is my first review. For appetizers we ordered calamari, the chicharron and avocado with tostones, and for the entree we got the Colombian breakfast and the fish...The only thing I would say is that if you want calamari go to an Italian restaurant, cause it wasn't really hitting... Other than that, fish was crispy and seasoned to perfection and I don't know what they put in the white rice but it was too good just to be white rice! The Colombian breakfast, speechless, egg and steak cooked to perfection! The appetizer with the chicharron and the avocado and salsa with the tostones, a meal in itself! Let's not forget about the Colombian soda and the apple soda! I didn't want to share anything, everything was so good! The singer, she added such a beautiful touch to the experience! I was singing in Spanish and English! Our server was perfect, I'm sorry I don't remember her name because she was very pleasant and made the experience even more memorable... 10/10, would definitely recommend!

I haven't visited this place in years and they've really stepped up their aesthetic game, but have kept the delicious authenticity. The ambiance is modern, with homage to Colombia culture such as the Chiba bus. Since we made it in time for happy hour, we had sangrias-both white and red, and also margaritas. To me, the white sangria was the best of the three, it not too sweet perfect blend of alcohol and fruits. We had an array of appetizers, including calamari, Tostirron, shrimp ceviche, and a mixed platter with different appetizers. The best appetizer was the tostirron, which is guacamole topped with fried pork and eaten with tostones. For dinner, I had the fried snapper (Pargo Rojo Frito) and while it was good, I would've liked a little more spice. I had to add a lot of the sauces they provided on the side, to kick it up a notch. In the past, I always ordered the shrimp in garlic sauce. My cousin ordered it and really liked it. The best part of our night was the karaoke. My friends/family and I had a great time getting to unwind and sing a few times. Overall we enjoyed Sabor for their food, drinks, and vibe.

I've passed the restaurant several times, today I decided to try it. There's ample parking in the front/back. We waited a few minutes to be seated, it's a nice size restaurant, bar on the right when you walk in, tables to the rear where you'll find a huge screen TV, DJ booth and stage for performances. There's TV screens throughout the place. My waitress was really sweet, I didn't get her name. I had the breaded chicken with beans and rice, it was seasoned and good, the sauces are really good and spicy. We had the arroz con pollo, it was good, a lil dry but still tasty. I had a sex on the beach, it was weak but tasted like a good fruit juice. I will be returning to try other dishes

This bar changed hands a few times, but the current owner, knows what he's doing. The main floor was modern and clean. The place seemed capable of hosting football games. On one negative. He was a great guy and loved talking sports. Charlie made the place seem very welcoming. After he was getting ready to leave, Julia was starting. She too was extremely friendly. It made me feel very welcomed. Julie and the cook in the back recommended we try the wings. I felt they were steering me in the right direction, so I ordered them. The wings definitely delivered. I only wish, they gave you more blue cheese. Lastly, the burger, was ordered. I asked for a custom burger, this is a better option, if you want to decide what kind of burger you want. The French fries and the burger were A plus! I definitely appreciated the recommendations I will be back. The food iis the main attraction. I came specifically to try the brunch menu and honestly had a great experience from start to finish. The Traditional Irish Breakfast immediately brought me back to being in Ireland. It comes with eggs, Irish bangers, rasher, black and white pudding, breakfast potatoes, toast, and Batchelors baked beans -- which was a great authentic touch. The Guinness Gravy Biscuits were fantastic. The biscuits were soft and pillowy, and the sausage Guinness gravy was rich and creamy. The Whiskey Reds Breakfast Sandwich was another standout. The combination of fried egg, Irish cheddar, bacon, rasher, pub sauce, and the soft brioche bun worked really well together. The Breakfast Burger might have been one of the best breakfast burgers I've had. Great flavor from the pub burger itself, and the egg, bacon, Irish cheddar, and whiskey aioli took it to another level. The Corned Beef Hash & Eggs was probably one of my favorite dishes of the entire meal. This is not canned corned beef hash. It's fresh cubed corned beef with crispy potatoes, peppers, onions, and eggs. Really fresh, really flavorful, and easily one of the better corned beef hashes I've had. Even the Pub Pancakes were excellent. Soft, fluffy buttermilk pancakes served with Irish butter and syrup. The Irish butter added so much flavor that I honestly didn't even need the syrup. Overall, this was a really strong brunch experience. The atmosphere is comfortable, the staff was welcoming, and the food exceeded my expectations. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more of the regular menu as well. If you're looking for a Sunday brunch spot in East Meadow, Whiskey Reds is absolutely worth checking out.

The bartender was nice, the people in the bar were pretty friendly, it is a nice little hang out spot. I saddled up to the bar and asked if they had any non alcoholic beers, they did not. We were the only customers in the restaurant on a Saturday night, yet it took over 1 hour and 15 minutes to receive our food. Even then, at the 45-minute mark, only about 40% of our order arrived. For a party of six, our order was not particularly complicated: two burritos, two taco meals, a chicken sandwich, and guacamole with chips. The remainder of the order did not arrive until the 1.5-hour mark. To make matters worse, my son's meal was incorrect when it finally came out, adding even more delay and frustration to an already lengthy wait. Throughout the wait, there were no drink refills, no updates on our order, and little attention from the staff. We also received no napkins or serving utensils with our food and had to ask for basic items that should have been provided from the start. The dining experience itself lacked any atmosphere. There was no music playing and no television on, which only made the long wait feel even longer and more uncomfortable. As for the food, it was lackluster and underwhelming. Tortilla chips and fries were burned. Bun for chicken sandwich was not warmed. The dishes were very basic, with little presentation or attention to detail, and they certainly did not justify the extended wait. What made the experience especially confusing was that this all happened while we were the only customers in the restaurant on a Saturday night. A simple order, an empty dining room, no communication, no refills, an incorrect meal, and a 90-minute wait just didn't make sense. The only positive aspect was that the restaurant is dog-friendly. Otherwise, this was one of the most frustrating and puzzling dining experiences we've had in a long time.
