This is a market (in case you don't read Spanish) so there are a few tables like 3 or 4 with about 2-3 chairs also they do have a fridges so you can get a cold drink (of course you have to pay). But they do have a kitchen which for the most part they make really good food I myself pad, five tacos, three Asada two chicken and they were honestly really good. The seasoning on the asada it was delicious and the chicken wasn't dry. Of course I wanted it to go because they're my lunchtime. And they was about $12.03 not a bad price it was also made to order so it's better to order ahead of time if your taking it to go. The service was good you order inside where the kitchen is and then pay at the register. All in all it was good food not so comfortable seating but would I get food here to go again yes and you should to.

Driving down Maclay Avenue to visit some of the more well know restaurants down this street I notice the pictures of some Mexican Food Plates in front of a market store so WHY NOT! go in and try, instead of waiting at the more busier qnd more expensive places right? A restaurant inside of a Market? YES! and let me tell you that it was a great choice to come in. I HONESTLY forgot to take a picture of our Mexican Breakfast plates (But will do next time we come), but let me tell you for $9.00 (WHAT? yes $9.00 what a deal honeslty) the plate was plentiful fresh had made tortillas that complimented the breakfast so much more. I had the huevos a la Mexicana and my wife the chorizo con huevos both were ABSOLUTELY perfect, just like your abuelita would make at home. Their rice was delicious and their beans were just perfect. Cannot wait to come back and try other items, so my review may not be done just yet. If you're in this area make sure to come in and enjoy a true Mexican platter. in the meantime here are photos of their menu and trust me it's gotta be the best deal in town right now as you will see for yourself.

Says they close at 8pm but when I came at 6:50 it was already close on a weekday. False advertisement on Google Maps and on the business

We ordered the margarita flight, ceviche, flautas, and calamari. The margaritas were very flavorful while each one had its own unique taste. As far as the entrees my favorite was the flautas, and my gf really enjoyed the octopus. Also our server was outstanding! I am recommending this restaurant to everyone.

It is clean and built well which offers a very refreshing and high class environment without making it too bougie but keeping the standard standards. My Cocktail was priced reasonably. $13 for a shot of 400 Conejo Mezcal is not bad. The refreshing ocean air carries itself through the dining room and it is moderately noisy with an array of different Latin music Parking is easy there's a subterranean parking lot I had the shrimp dish. I will say for $38. This was definitely overpriced for the amount and size of the shrimp that I received. It was lacking a bit of flavor such as seasoning but overall, I basically licked my plate clean once I added just a pinch of salt and a couple splashes of that delicious creamy jalapeño cream soup. Thank you so much again for hosting our beautiful sunset evening at your establishment. We would definitely bring our friends back and have another bite to eat. Kudos to Service.

Happy hour weekdays from 3pm to 7pm with a fun drink menu with a nice bar section next to the kitchen and ofcourse you gotta have menudo and pozole on the weekends. They also have hot soups (Caldos). We ordered the Taco Fiesta platter that comes with 4 tacos (protein of choice-seafood extra) and rice/beans and the chilaquilles platter with carne asada and 2 eggs sunny side up. Everything came out hot and was sooooo tasty. There seafood tacos are choice of grilled or fried tilapia or shrimp. I love there beans and rice! Everything is authentic and the chips and salsa varieties are yummy. The service is on point and humble. She had a nasty attitude and no smiles at all. I asked if they sold sopes I asked where on the meñu was it? So I can look at my options. The server told me it wasn't on the Meñu. In my head I'm like "how do you not have it on the meñu but yet sell it ?" I didn't make it a big deal but for some reason she seemed annoyed. I also asked one of the other servers if they can bring a lemonade for my daughter, she had said yes she can do that. But.. We got our food 35 mins later (keep in mind it was one plate) we were waiting on. & we still hadn't gotten our lemonade I had asked for. The cook brought us our plate & he was nice and asked if we needed anything else. I said " I asked one of the servers for a lemonade and it still hasn't been brought." & he mentioned he would let them know. Then the server comes back with an attitude and places it on the table, not even a word said. I even thanked her multiple times and nothing was said, no "you're welcome" or anything. She never even checked up on us or asked if we needed anything else. If you can't handle being a server why even work as one? Simple as that. This is what ruins a restaurant's reputation and makes people not want to go back. No tip was deserved.

When that question comes up, one of my absolute favorite Mexican cuisine spots to recommend is Javier's. It's one of those places that consistently delivers a great experience every time I go. The ambience at Javier's is perfect whether you're planning a date night or just an evening out with your family. It has a warm, welcoming vibe that makes you want to sit back and enjoy your time there. On top of that, the drinks always hit the spot and pair really well with the food, making the whole dining experience feel complete and well thought out. My go-to dish has to be the seafood enchiladas. You really can't go wrong with any of the options, but those stand out every time. The texture of the enchiladas is spot on, and the salsa complements the dish perfectly without overpowering it. Every bite feels balanced and flavorful, and it's one of those meals you find yourself craving again soon after. I also always make sure to grab the guacamole because, honestly, who doesn't love chips and guac? What I really appreciate is that this guac is different from the typical versions you find elsewhere--it has a freshness and flavor that really sets it apart. It's simple, but done at a high level, and it pairs perfectly with everything else on the table. The service at Javier's is always high-quality, and that's a big reason I keep coming back. The staff is attentive, friendly, and makes the whole experience even better. I still find myself wanting to try new items on the menu because every visit has been such a great experience so far, and I'm excited to see what I discover next.

We were greeted and seated. Our waiter Armando, took our drink, appetizers and entre orders. We were eating our appetizers ceviche and guacamole that I ended up eating with a fork because we'd run out of chips we were waiting so long. Armando returned to our table and asked if we're ready to order? We explained we'd already ordered. He left and we waited. My husband had to flag him down and he'd still forgotten to put our order in. So not once, but TWICE our order was mishandled. My husband is a gentleman and did not want me to express my frustration. By this point we'd waited so long the lunch shift turned into dinner staff (literally) and our table was handed over. The new waiter apologized profusely for the error. They brought out my plate, steak picado and ate my meal alone while my husband and friend waited. I noticed the table next to us was having an issue and the table in front of us was having an issue with their orders. Our complete order finally arrives and my husband and friend's enchiladas are tough to eat. We ask for the check, The waiter was embarrassed to tell us all checks over $200 automatically add I believe add 20% gratuity (it may be higher). Understand we always tip well, but they should've considered the experience we'd just had. Last thing and the ultimate reason for leaving this review in hopes someone in management watches the many many many visually clear cameras in their beautiful establishment. Before we left I veered to.the restroom. I did not know where the restroom was located so I asked our waiter and he said down that way and to the right As I was walking past a table, a very large size man says to me in a very rude voice "can I help you?" I realized they were having maybe a management meeting of two men and one woman. I am not sure who he thought he was talking to or why he took that tone with me, but there is no excuse and I was completely taken back. I asked for the restroom and he pointed towards the other side. This is NOT hospitality or how to treat a guest in your establishment regardless of the day he was having. He needs to learn etiquette. At some point when things are going so badly with customers one of the waiters should've addressed it to the manager. There is a very clear lack of communication and operational problems and the staff was frustrated with each other. Not everyone is there just for drinks. Our waiter continuously served drinks at the bar instead of tending to his tables. Including parking we spent over $300 on a casual lunch for 3 with no alcohol that was simply horrendous. Just to be clear it is not about the amount of money. It's about our time and experience.
