Hmmmm... Paris Baguette has such an aura to it.  I have loved Flow, or La Madeleine which are also French. French bakeries, in general, make me throw all diet caution into air and go crazy with food-  but, not this particular Paris Baguette- not my favorite Variety is great, no doubt. Staff is super sweet and friendly.No problem there either.  The food itself:   For example- I bought the garlic croissant excited that it would be savory and interesting, but it came with a sugar coating ! No... Then the simple bread and butter, soft and all, but that also has a sweet tinge...I got the NY cheese cake, found it too hard.., a cake, I forgot which one , it was dry....So... I love to go here, because I can avoid going crazy..... ha ha..... I am fond of their soufflé cheesecake and the rainbow cake- haven't had any trouble with those yet.  Today I tried their berry croffle, melt in the mouth, light sweet, just right !Also, would like to try their baguettes, I reallyy hope those don't have sugar tinge in them.  Keep savory as savory and sweet and sweet, separate, why make all savory sweet too !  The color of the chairs sets the French tone. What a treat to finally try Paris Baguette! A place I often drive by. It's in a food like strip mall so there's plenty of parking. We were able to pull up right in front. Upon walking in, it's clean, bright and smells delicious. You grab whatever pastries you want from their wide assortment, using tongs and clear pastry paper napkins My niece and I tried the film pastries: Creme Brulee Bombolone - crispy caramelized sugar exterior with a creamy soft custard center. King Cream donut - my fave! A soft powdered sugar coated donut filled with custard cream. Strawberry Lemon cream croissant - my 2nd fave. A flaky buttery mini croissant filled with strawberries and lemon cream. Very Berry Pastry - raspberry, blueberry, blackberries atop cream. Dubai Chocolate Mochi donut - I love the Dubai chocolate craze and this was good but probably my least favorite. Probably best to try this fresh out of the oven. We were there in the afternoon and the donut was a little dry and not as fresh. Chocolate (cream) croissant - Good, nice and chocolatey/creamy but another best straight out of the oven. The coffee was my least favorite. My iced Americano tasted like a splash of espresso in slightly milky water. I get that an Americano is espresso and water but I like my espresso a little stronger and feel the drink should taste more like a coffee beverage than coffee flavored water. I didn't even want to finish it. Probably best to get plenty espresso shots in this one. My niece said her iced vanilla cold brew tasted as it should but the cold brew, being a cold brew was a little too strong for her. In hindsight I probably should've gotten a cold brew. I was very grateful to be reached out to on my previous, mediocre experience. However, this one was so much better. For Mother's Day we picked up 3 slices of Cake; Blueberry, Strawberry and Mango. Each was delicious, soft and creamy with just enough sweetness and chunks of real fruit. I am not even a big blueberry fan unless it's in pie / cobbler, yogurt or bagels, then yes. I was very pleased with that even more than the strawberry one, which was great. The mango cake was probably my favorite of the three. I have had my eye on this place for months. So I stopped by for a little treat this morning. Today I tried the almond pain au chocolate with a cafe latte, delicious! I also brought the cherry danish and blueberry muffin home for the family. The ambiance is like "Christmas day" so bright, cheery and festive. The service was a little slow but well worth the wait! Come on pastries galore! This place is amazing! Its located off 518 in pearland in a external food hall shopping center. When you enter you are immediately overwhelmed by all the delicacies to choose from. There are trays with tongs at the entrance so you can pick your baked goods and collect them on a tray. I like that the pastry are behind glass doors and have tongs to discourage the use of uncleansed hands. The are sweet and savory items Additionally they offer coffee beverages in which inordered a oatmilk latte. 10/10. I didn't catch what blend they use but it tasted great!. There were 2 cashiers and they seemed a little lackadaisical but friendly none the less. There is limited seating and on the day I went "a weekend) there was no available seating. There is however a few benches outside if the weather isn't hateful. Now I bought this honey garlic bread. The flavor amazing! The bread itself kind of wooden. I am not sure where to start but I just had the most odd experience with cake buying here. It is my daughter's 3rd birthday and I wanted to provide her with a small birthday cake to share with her dad and me. I preordered a small strawberry cream cake yesterday for pick up today. When I went to go pick it up, the cashier accidentally stuck his finger into the cream. He went to the back to get a replacement and show it to me and it was a rainbow cake. He went back again, only to find out there wasn't an extra strawberry cream cake in the back. He was told to use the display cake. I asked if that cake was baked today and they didn't give a straight answer. While trying to put the display cake into the box, it scraped across the outside of the box and he used his fingers to wipe off the cream. I questioned why there was cream missing on the side I could see looking into the box. They told me that they would re-cream the cake and I asked, am I getting the finger cake (which is nasty because he's a cashier and has been touching money) and they were going to scrape off the cream and "re-cream" it. The manager saw something was going on and took him to the back to discuss. They told me that they would "re-cream" the cake. I asked if I could just come back later this evening to get a new cake and they said no, they would just re-cream the cake. I'm not sure which cake they "re-creamed" but the manager said it wasn't the fingered cake. They said that they're still working on that one. So please beware, if you are picking up a mini strawberry cream cake after 1:53pm today, you are getting a re-creamed fingered cake by the cashier or a re-creamed cake that scraped on the outside of the box. That's pretty nasty food practices. They didn't offer anything but a "sorry." Needless to say, I took the $40 cake home and had to throw it away. I went to HEB and picked up a sprinkle cake that wasn't fingered or re-creamed (I hope). I will not be back. read more

I came here with my mom and sister on July 5 for a birthday celebration. The place was pretty crowded and there was only 1 available table. We swooped it up and took turns going to look at the selections to decide what to get. There were so many options to choose from and it was hard to decide what to get. We all got a few different things so we could try a variety of options. The options are mostly sweet, but there are several savory options to choose from as well. We also had some coffees and they were good as well. When you walk in, the food is off to the left and you grab a tray and get everything you want, then head to the counter to pay. The seating is limited, but they do have a decent number of tables on the right side of the restaurant and one long booth along the wall. Finally! i've been waiting for one of these! The location is perfect as it's in the same strip as an ice cream shop and a crawfish cafe! Pastry+ ice cream maybe? There were so many different options for pastries. The price per pastry is between $3-5 so it can get a little pricey if you are trying to try or eat more than 2-3 items at a time. They offer full cheesecakes & of course coffee and tea variations. It's a very welcoming vibe. The pastries are great and they will keep. When I learned Paris Baghette was coming to Pearland, I about lost it. I was so very excited. They just opened a few weeks ago but I've already been twice! Each time I've gone - once in the night around 8pm and once at 2pm it was packed! Packed enough it was a struggle for parking, had to loop around once to find someone leaving. The second I entered the cafe, it was so packed! In the left side there's tongs and a plastic tray so you can add whatever you would like to the tray and pay at the end. My goodness! The array of desserts and pastries are gorgeous! They all look delicious- so far I've tasted the- Coconut cream croissant Matcha crème croissant Strawberry's abs creams croissant Crème brûlée donut Tiramisu slice ALL of them all delicious! The cream is never too sweet and is balanced perfectly with the crunch of the croissants. The crème brûlée donut has less of a crunch than I expected but the crème inside of the donut is Divine! So good! Tiramisu slice had to be one of the best cake slices I've had in Houston- the cream is flavored with vanilla but taste like higher quality, taste a lot different than what I've had at other bakeries and so delicious. The second time I went to Paris baguette, I signed up for the rewards app and added my phone number on the website, I got a free pastry reward which was huge because each of these pasties are $5. I can't wait to go back and try more of their stuff. Definitely recommend coming earlier in the day so they don't run out and sign up for the free pastry reward. This place absolutely lived up to the hype! When we arrived, it was quite busy, but we quickly got a tray and started selecting our pastries. The staff were actively vacuuming up crumbs and restocking items, and they were all very friendly, smiling as they worked. There was a wide variety of pastries, and I swear they all looked picture-perfect. We tried the cronut, the butter pecan croissant, the garlic sausage roll, the cinnamon twist, almond croissant, and the crème brûlée donut. None of the pastries made it home; we devoured them on the way because they were just that good! I even made note of ones I want to try in the future. I ran into a few staff adding items to the cases or filling them in but they did not look my way at all. Not too rough though that it ruined my experience. Everyone's new favorite bakery at this newly opened Paris Baguette in Pearland. About time! Pretty much the perfect spot right next to the new Jinya restaurant that opened up recently. After eating a savory/salty meal, head on next door for a sweet treat! Here, they offered unique breads, desserts, cakes, coffee, tea, and also had breakfast to go sandwiches. I had tried their matcha croissant and it was absolutely to die for. So crispy, so soft, and the matcha cream was not too overwhelming. Their Sweet potato breads were also super yummy. Recently also tried their butter pecan donut that reminded me of the ones that went viral in a New York bakery, and they were also super good! Yum! It's about time Pearland started getting more dessert spots. I've been to Paris Baguette in other locations and this one was just as good. We visited mid-February so the location was still new and it was busy! They keep the line moving though. We got three pastries and two coffee drinks (iced milk coffee and iced hazelnut latte). Everything was great. The pastries are all soft, not overly sweet, and have unique flavors. The iced milk coffee was stronger than the iced hazelnut latte. I stopped in today for a late light lunch with my brother as it's literally across the street from where he lives. (Pro tip: Don't go on the weekend unless you like no parking and long waits.) The cafe is clean and bright with a Parisian flair. The vintage-like tiles, cafe chairs and tables, and neatly arranged colorful pastries and goodies are a feast for the eyes. When you enter, there is one long case in the middle of the store and more cases along the left hand side. For these cases, you'll grab a tray, liner, and tongs to make your selections. There is also a refrigerated case which contains macarons, sandwiches, and drinks to grab and go. There are a couple of displays with wrapped grab-and-go goodies and breads. In the front of the store, there is a case with scrumptious-looking cakes (whole and by the slice). You bring your selections to the counter and you can order your coffees and teas there. There were so many things to choose from; it's hard to pick just one thing! I got a ham and cheese croissant (which was heated) and a chocolate supreme croissant. My brother got a strawberry mochi donut, a garlic sausage roll, and a round orange croissant. We each got an iced milk coffee. They brew Lavazza coffee. Everything was delectable and tasted just as I expected them to, if not better! I definitely will be back. There are too many yummy things I want to try!
